Me encanta venir a comer antojitos colombianos en este lugar, rica y bien preparada la comida. El lugar por lo general se llena pero tienen un rápido servicio sea para llevar o comer dentro del establecimiento, RECOMENDADISIMO !!

Everything happens for a reason! I was on my way back from NYC, and realized I wasn’t even on the correct bus… had to get off for a transfer, but with such a scenic neighborhood, I decided to walk around for a bit, until I landed right in front of this place… What a cute little gem I must say! It’s a tiny in & out sort of vibe with about 5 little tables, a cute little window stool bar. The crowd is basically families, and young adults. Anyway, the staff is what caught me off guard the most! Lady at the counter(who is a vegetarian) was super friendly, and helpful by giving me vegetarian/vegan suggestions. She even let me sit by the outlets in order to charge my phone. Now as for food, I didn’t know what to except from a tiny place like this, but let me say, the food was excellent. Very simple Colombian recipes, not over flavored or greasy, just right! I had rice, beans, tostones with guacamole, salad, and juice. The tostones were tenderly divine! The Guanabana Juice(water based) was absolute bliss. Would definitely recommend this place for a cheap quick stop before/after sight seeing!

Quick grab and go restaurant. Tiny space which makes it a bad place to be dining. Food was good but it’s your basic columbian restaurant.

This place is tiny and if you’re walking at a fast pace you will miss it. So far I’ve only had the hamburger which was enough to keep me coming back. I’m not a big meat eater but I appreciate a great burger every now and then and I was craving one when I first came here. I had the beef burger, which is a pretty good size, thick, juicy, and tasty and has bacon and cheese, as well as lettuce and tomato, and potato chips. Can you believe that? I used to put potato chips on my burgers when I was a kid. It has a pink sauce that is a bit sweet without being overbearing. This burger really satisfied my craving. On top of the great taste, it’s only $ 4.00. Can you possibly believe that? I’m a believer. I come here all the time just for the burger. Such a simple thing done so well.

I don’t give 5 stars easily and, while this place can arguably be seen as another typical Colombian eatery, it earns its stars for it with its menu, loaded with a wide variety of Colombian style specialties and hours of operation. These people are open for breakfast at around 7 or 8am and do not close until 11pm at night. That means they are working breakfast, lunch and dinner. That’s a rarity in the West New York food industry. Sabroso Express pulls it off. Empanadas, arepas, chorizos… they have it all! Plus they make some of the most kick-ass milkshakes I’ve ever tasted. Their burgers and hotdogs are awesome too. Want to shock your taste buds? Order a Hawaiian-style hotdog! It’s one of their signature meals; made with a hint of pineapple sauce and mini-fries. They even make a burger the same way but it’s not the same. Parking will be a bitch but I can’t blame the establishment. That’s West New York’s fault. Don’t let that stop you from coming. You can always order it to go.
