I placed a breakfast order for a company meeting two days ago. When I arrived at 8am this morning, David greeted me with a huge smile telling me everything is ready to go. He was friendly, accommodating, and even helped me carry the bags to my car! I was very impressed with his service. He went above and beyond and everyone loved their bagels at the meeting. I will absolutely continue ordering from David and the team in West Nyack.

This is probably the worst Panera location ever. Multiple times I put in a rapid pick up order and came to pick it up (always at least ten minutes after the pick up time) and my order is NEVER ready. I actually end up waiting longer than if I had just ordered when i get there. And then today, their website says they close at 9:30. I showed up at 9:05 and the cashier said they were closed. Meanwhile there was another customer who was ordering at the register as he told me this. And, every time I have sent a message via their corporate website and all they ever say is that their sorry but the location never gets better.

The tomato creamy soup was anything but creamy. They added water to it because it was not creamy and also forgot the croutons. I still love this panera bread. But why would you wanna add water to tomato soup so you can sell more or because you don’t want to tell customers that you ran out of the soup? Either way it’s too cold outside to return this and also didn’t get croutons for the soup. Hence the review.
Review Update: Went to this Panera bread last week after so many months. Completely forgotten about the review and hoping that they made it better. Turns out, now they are watering down the Broccoli cheese soup as well. So got an exchange for the tomato soup and same thing. 1 star. (Would give 0 if I could for wasting my time and money)
If anyone is studying business and wants to learn how «not to «run a business and enjoy watered down disgusting soup and waste your hard earned $, then go ahead and visit this location!

This location is new and very clean! Staff really tries to accommodate! One time David, I’m not sure of his title (definitely acted like a manger) was very helpful when I realized an order was incorrect. I will go back to this Panera always — so convenient and friendly!
All soups and salads are amazing and dressings have no preservatives now

So much better than the one in Nanuet, which has declined dramatically in the past year. The lines move quickly, the food is prepared in an appealing fashion, and the environment is clean. One knock is the limited number of booths and too many 2 seat tables, but overall a nicely run restaurant. Hopefully it can keep it up.

The drive-thru at this Panera Bread location is a life saver when you are passing through this area for work.
They have yet to mess up my order and they keep the line moving at lunch time.
