I visited this place 2 times. First time, I give it 2, maybe 2.5 stars. It wasn’t memorable at all and nothing special to mention. However, this time I’m writing a review because I became very ill after eating at this place. Me and my wife decided to give it another try and eat the steaks(last time I had beef ribs and it was not that great and I love beef ribs) because outback steakhouse had a wait time but this place was pretty much empty… which was another sign I ignored lol. At any rate, waiter came, took our orders, appetizer wings came out(I thought it tasted same as wings from restaurant depot) and when we were done, we got our entrees. I had the ribs and filet combo and asked for medium rare on the steaks. I cut right through middle and it’s well done, no pink whatsoever. So I’m waiting for waiter to come and see if he says«did everything come out OK» but no, he never came. I flagged down some random person that appeared to be a manager and he takes my steak and brings me back a new one. This time about medium-well. I just said it’s ok and finished our meal. Me and my wife both thought the filet mignon tasted a little funny. I just thought this place isn’t good but my wife insisted that’s what I get for sending food back. LOL. We’ll get to that part later. So we finish the food and wait for waiter who haven’t showed up since the time we got our appetizers. After about 15 min of just sitting there, I go to the bathroom to wash my hands and boom! there he was, talking to 2 other waiter/waitress sitting on a table hidden away from view. I give him a look and go in to the bathroom and by the time I go back to the table, wife says the waiter finally came and asked for the check. After paying for the check, we left the place saying to ourself, let’s not come back here again… and thought that was the end of that. NOPE. Middle of the night, my stomache started a war and I got diagnosed with stomache virus. Diarrhea, fever, vomiting, body aches… I had to suffer for about 2 days before things started to come back to normal. My wife had a slight, very minor illness since she only had a tiny piece to taste. BOTTONLINE, AVOIDATALLCOSTS!

I came here with my cousin and both our toddlers on Mothers Day expecting a nice meal to celebrate. Being that it was Mothers Day we both expected to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated. There was no wait which was good and scary on big holiday like Mothers Day… I ordered warm bread at the beginning when putting in our drink orders. She came back with the drinks and no bread. I asked for medium well steak but I got blood red steak when I cut into it. My mashed potatoes were bland, smelled funky and there was no bacon in it which I asked for. My cousin barely touched her chicken Alfredo and said it had no taste or seasoning and it was cold. Did I mention she never bought out the bread that I asked for when she took our appetizer orders? They took our food away and we did not have to pay a dime except for the drinks, appetizers(which sucked btw), and our toddlers meals. Will never be back here! We went to TGIFridays instead which was well worth it.

Stopped in here in the mid-afternoon, before the dinner rush. Our waiter was pleasant, came over quickly, gave us a few minutes to look over the menu and then came back to take our orders. So far, so good. The salads came first, a really good Caesar salad. Then came the main course … about 2 minutes later. Ok, we would have preferred a little more time to enjoy the salad, but no problem. 2 minutes later, the manager comes over. «Is everything OK?». I hadn’t touched the main course yet, but«Fine, thanks». We pushed the salads to the side and started with the chicken. A couple minutes later, the waiter comes over asking if he can clear the salads. Um, I’d prefer to eat it first. 2 minutes later and here comes a waitress asking to clear the salads … no thanks. Jeez, they’re like ants. Another 2 minutes, another waiter. «Can I clear the salads?» I lost it. Was the place busy? No. Was there a line of people waiting for our table? No Was there any reason for them to constantly pester us about taking the salads? No. Get away from me and let me eat this dried out, overcooked chicken in peace!!! They then went to the other extreme and waited about 15 minutes after we finished eating before clearing the plates. Somebody needs to go to waiter school.

Skip Tony Roma’s. Only went here because Yardhouse had a 30 minute wait and we had a movie to catch. Walk up to the front counter to get seated, we look at the menu for two minutes, no one acknowledges us; should have walked away then. In order of occurrence: 1) No head on my beer 2) Waiter doesn’t get back to our table to take our order for 10 minutes 3) Order spinach artichoke dip(horrible), dynamite shrimp(decent) and BBQ bone in wings… Received boneless with buffalo sauce. 4) After the wings are corrected, come to learn that the BBQ sauce isn’t all that great anyway 5) We ran to Target after we left and then walked past the restaurant again 15 minutes later to see our table still uncleaned. The place was not busy at all. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the waiter was apologetic about the wings and redeemed himself with better customer service towards the end of the meal. Safe to say, will not be returning. Should have just used that gift card to Outback.

My boyfriend and I came here since every other place in the mall was crowded on a Saturday or an hour wait. Environment: Nice, looks classy but it’s casual. Looked clean too. The basics were great. Waiter: Friendly, but you could tell he would have rather been doing better things– which I don’t blame him for. Maybe a senior in high school or college kid. Got all of our order right besides my extra mayonnaise. Food: I enjoyed the food, so did my boyfriend. Nothing over the TOP though. My boyfriend didn’t really enjoy their signature ‘BBQ Sauce’ on his ribs but was eat-able. 4 stars overall since was good, just not GREAT. Although when I got home that evening and told my sister-in-law about where the left over ribs were from if she was hungry, she had a mortified look on her face, along with her friend. Saying that anytime they’ve ate there they’ve gotten horribly sick afterwards. Thank god I didn’t hear before — but did tell her that we enjoyed it.

Our appetizer was flat bread with very overdone beef and rubbery mushrooms. We didn’t like the barbecued chicken either. It was also overcooked, and the sauce was awful. The potatoes, broccoli and raw spinach were good. The food certainly didn’t merit the high bill. Also, no prices were on the alcohol menu, obnoxious. We had a jerky waiter trying to sell us everything on the menu. He was hovering around us, acting weird. Added bonus was a dying roach at the next table. The patron addressed the manager who simply said it was because of an exterminator visit the prior night. Should have comped her meal, poor business. The fact that the place was so dark had me wondering if I’d take home some unwanted guests. We gave the waiter a good tip out of pity, but of course, he had nothing to say then.

My mother and I came here to have lunch one weekday afternoon. It took about 5 minutes for a hostess to approach us to sit down and while she was bringing us to our seat, we realized we were the only ones there. Should have realized that it was a sign to go somewhere else. We both got the soup and salad lunch special. I ordered the baked potato soup while my mother got another one, which I can’t recall of. We also ordered the wedge salads. The baked potato soup was good but my mothers soup was awful. It tasted off and we asked the waitress to take it away and instead give her a chicken tortilla soup, which turned out to be awful too. It tasted extremely salty, not good at all. The wedge salads were pretty good, until I got my second one and found these little pieces of rubbery stuff in it. Turns out it was fat from the bacon mixed into the salad. Not something you wanna find by chewing on it. Made my stomach churn. When we use to come for their lunch specials the food use to be so good, but this place has defiantly gone down hill. Slow service and bad food, I won’t be back.

Service and pasta dishes were good but thats where it ends. We came in with 13 adults and 5 kids. My mom bit into a rock in her salad. My wife’s steak medallions were charred on the outside which probably explains the complete lack of flavor. Needless to say I’ll never eat there again. One star for the service.

For a restaurant in the mall I’m so surprised how slow the service is! Went Monday with a friend as we sat at the bar while waiting for a movie. The food and margaritas were delicious! But the bartender looked like he didn’t want to be there and like we were bothering him. ALSO! the bar remained dirty the while time we were there! We had to steal a knife off a a table by the bar, and whoever ate next to us, their plate, napkins and utensils remained there the whole time. Kinda gross. But the food was good so I’m torn lol

I stumbled in here after the movies for a drink. While on a quest for a decent steak I hesitated to eat here in light of the reviews seem here on Unilocal. Decent service at the bar and convenience prompted me to test the negative reviews and stay for dinner. Ambiance: yes I’m seated at a bar and expect some noise. Did not expect servers from nearby establishments yelling and complaining while drinking at the bar. Also didn’t need to spend $ 70 to hear derogatory comments and profanity by people who obviously work with these«patron’s» as they passed by. Food: ribeye was ok. It was Edible and cooked to the right temp but very under seasoned. If I can buy a ten dollar steak at the supermarket & come up with a better result than The steak I just ate at Tony Roma’s there is a problem. Service: that nice service which prompted me to stay for dinner eroded as soon as I asked for the bill. I do not know if there was some technical difficulty but the bartender disappeared with my card for quite a while. An explanation for this would have resolved the issue and yet another star would not have been deducted. Alas, not a word was said as I signed and got up to leave. The host was very nice and I could tell he noticed my displeasure as I left. I was tempted to tell him to do himself a favor and seek employment elsewhere. My advice; try your luck at outback across the way.

After enjoying a fun filled shopping spree with my family we decided to enjoy a nice dinner. We’ve tried all the other choices except Tony Romas. So we gave it a try, from the outside it looked really nice. The first booth we sat at had a piece of steak left beneath it which my daughter kicked out from beneath her seat. We asked to move with no problems. We ordered the Calamari Appetizer which was decent at best. I ordered the Medallion Steaks with a ½ rack of ribs and was asked how would you like them. I replied medium rare. 25 mins later our food arrived and I was asked to cut into my small portion pieces of steak. It was well done. They wanted to take them back to the kitchen, but I couldn’t see them waste it by throwing it out so I allowed my daughter to have them. The woman came back to remove the pieces and I explained I gave them to my daughter. She went into kitchen and said the manager said I will not be getting my medium rare pieces unless I pay extra. I admit I was pissed, because I was hungry and waited so long for my meal being prepared the way I wanted it. I knew I would just have to Unilocal my experience out. A few minutes later the Manager brought two fantastically cooked medium rare pieces with great sauce on it. I wish that was served originally. I thanked her a few times, because I just wanted to have a great time with my family. Although my daughter didn’t like her dry Steak hamburger and pretty much left most of it. I will say the broccoli and beans were tasty and the soup was also good. We had a Grilled chicken with veggies which the veggies were great but the chicken was over cooked and dry as well. After spending $ 98 for 4, I would have a tough time coming back to this establishment. I gave the 3rd Star because the manager came through with my proper meal. Although she seemed to have an attitude with no smile. My waitress felt horrible and did a great job.

Good place for a quick casual dinner. Service was great, servers were professional. I would recommend d getting the onion loaf enough to to split with 2 – 3 people. I ordered the seared tuna– very good would definitely order again. Tuna over wasabi slow with soy sauce brown rice and broccoli. My dad has the ribs, decent size would like the serving to be a bit bigger. Overall good experience and great food

Hostess chose to let us wait in the mall because the kitchen was backed up, rather than allow us to sit at a table, that was vacant, and have a before dinner drink… Hostess had no concept of properly seating tables. Once seated. After 20 minutes and seeing tables seated after us served, we asked when we might see a server and one finally showed up. Pasta was very overcooked and bland in the Fettuccini and chicken Alfredo Florentine, french fries for my child were soggy and flavorless … Onion loaf appetizer soggy, dripping with fry oil and cold. All plates for a party of 8 spanned 6 minutes before all were delivered. Not very happy with this establishment.

I came here for a company work lunch. The ribs were really good, but if you want to be on the healthy side, they have some tasty alternatives like the seared ahi tuna dish.

This place is not the place for Ribs. It’s a fucking disaster. Beans tasted like lime chili. The pulled pork looked like dog meat straight from a mighty dog can. The ribs seemed microwaved. Very poor disappointing food. Please close down this place or get chef Ramsey to help you. The only good thing about this place is the staff. Very friendly and professional.

Came here for a small bite during lunch and ordered off the bar menu. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was quite tasty. But at the same time, it was really small and I don’t think worth the $ 7. I liked the combination of cheeses mixed with the grilled onions a lot but I was super hungry afterwards. The cheeseburger was enjoyable but very greasy. And the potato chips they bring to the table are good but also oily to an unhealthy degree… If you’re gonna have some, maybe restrict yourself to only a few!
