Krausers Crunchy Chicken

well i ordered using groupon. got a call that they didnt have eveything and offered to make some substitutions. i went along no big deal. got my food sooner then the estimate. was happy about that, ate one of the tenders and thought ehh not great but not bad. had some of the fries and was okay. bit into the chicken sandwhich and thought it was really drippy. got to the middle and thought the texture was off. turns out the center was still raw. checked the second sandwhish and it was also raw in the center. called up groupon to complain. they called me back after asking what i wanted to do because krausers didnt seem interested in doing a refund. they said they call back because i didnt want their food and they could come get and see that it was still raw because they said that they always cook them for 7 minutes. krausers called me directly to say they they always cook it set abount of time and were pretty hostile on the phone. aggreed to do a refund. groupon called me back saying they would do a refund. and that krousers would call back. they did and were very nasty and hung up on me when i said i didnt reorder because they thought i had. and hung up on me when i called back to ask them if they wanted to pick up the food to inspect it. needless to say check anny food you get from here before you eat it. raw chicken is too dangerous.
