City Palms is a great place to live. It is close to everything. The Manager has changed since the last post. The building has instituted many security policies to insure everyone’s safety. It has Fobs that regulate all entrances so that no one can enter without it. There are rules and regulations that need to be followed so that every one is happy.

I lived in City Palms for 3 years, and I have seen the management and resident service plummet. The building is beautiful and the location is great (but a little loud, even for a college student). However, the front desk staff and Adriel make living there a nightmare. No respect for tenants personal security, they make your move out as difficult as possible, and charge you $ 50 if the parking decal is stained from the sun (was not warned about this), if your fob is working perfectly fine but has ‘internal damage’, add another $ 50. All of the great employees quit during my first year there because of the terrible management, and I can now see why.
