Residences At City Place

This place is an absolute scam. The property manager is extremly nice and fake when you are viewing the apartment and then does a total 180 once you actually move in. Our apartment was not ready to move. It had not been painted and there were nasty brown stains all over the carpet. The manager told us she would not be able to have anything fixed until at least two weeks after we moved in because her maintenance person was on vacation, but we would still have to pay rent during that time. There is supposedly 24 hour maintenance however the the last maintenance person (who was amazing) left and the manager has not hired a new person for over a month. When you call the maintenance person it goes to someone who works at a different building who doesnt want to help at the residences because he doesn’t work there. The property manager is extremely passive aggresive, even when she is in the wrong. This is a shady property and definietly not worth the money. I recomend looking elsewhere!!!
