Enjoy your free month! Then on your third month they will raise the rate! When you add the additional amount… that alone will more than double the «free» month.
They seem to forget that a landlord/​tenant relationship is really business/​customer relationship.
When I inquired about the increase so soon after moving in, I was told that the rate they were charging was too low.
