The worst customer service ever. Had trailer hitch installed got vehicle back all scratched up where rear light was removed. Wiring went bad 3 weeks later. Module was bad, found out at this point that the extended warranty purchased covered the STEEL hitch only, not wiring. That was another purchase for $ 10 they didn’t tell me about. Had to purchase new module @ $ 40 + the $ 10 wiring warranty. 1 year later wiring not working and installer very rude. Save yourself time, money and aggravation find another place to have hitch installed.
