Extra Touch Flowers

I’m in NYC and based on reviews of Extra Touch Flowers I contacted them and ordered flowers to be delivered to my brother and his soon-​to-​be wife congratulating them on their wedding (second for both and very informal). Unfortunately I did not get the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone, but she couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The flowers were delivered that same morning and the bouquet was stunning. Extra Touch also texted me photos of the bouquet. My brothers fiancé couldn’t stop raving about it. She said they obviously use only the best flowers.

I had to take a moment to post how incredible this shop was across the board when we were in crisis mode.
My stepson recently had his prom and my wife ordered his boutonnière and his dates corsage through
. Apparently in our area they only have one shop servicing their customers (not this one) We had scheduled delivery the day before prom… it didn’t arrive. Day of it finally arrives late morning. The boutonnière looked like it had spent the week prior in a hot car. It was wilted, and dried out already losing pedals. and they sent NO corsage. We called the shop, they said tough. they couldn’t help us and wouldn’t replace it. We called the site, they said they would. Almost 2 hours later another delivery. Another boutonnière equally dead and the corsage was a completely different color (both were supposed to have pink roses, corsage had white roses)
In a panic my wife scrambled to find anyplace locally that could take a new order and have it to us in a couple hours. In that moment she called Extra Touch. The gentleman there could not have been more helpful. He was mortified by what had happened and assured us he would make us something amazing immediately. He took down all of our info and two hours later we had both and they were gorgeous (they went as far as to sprinkle rhinestones throughout her corsage to compliment her dress)
While I will never use the other florist again and will be leaving them a scathing review Extra Touch has earned a customer for life.

After several years of purchasing arrangements from them, they completely let me down for Valentines Day. I had ordered a specific arrangement to be delivered the day before Valentines Day. The arrangement was not correct as ordered.
I immediately called to discuss. The staff did exactly what should have been done. They offered to have the correct arrangement delivered that same day.
This is where it ended. After the same day came and went without the promised delivery, an apology and assurance the correct arrangement would be delivered the next day, Valentines Day. Well as circumstances would have it, by 5:15PM, still no delivery. I had called and spoken with them again, another apology and assurance it would be made right.
The person I spoke with asked if they could deliver the arrangement the next day. I was promised delivery would be made between 12:30 and 2:30 PM the next day.
Again, by 3:30PM, still no delivery. I went to the shop personally and no one could even give me the respect to answer why their assurance could not be met. All I got was another apology.
Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars with Extra Touch Flowers over the years, they treated me this horribly. If they could do this to a long time customer, how are they treating the new customer?

Great staff. Everyone was very friendly and suggested different sorts of flowers for my arrangement. The woman in the front room is short. Not height wise but attitude’wise. Not really RUDE but she’s snappy.
If you walk through the store front through the double white doors (unmaked and by the look of them they seem off limits) you enter the florists area. This is where the action happens folks.
The florists are very talented and knowledgeable about all of the flowers (as should be expected)
And a kicker… if you bring your own vase they will arrange it for you!
If you are in a rush you can use the back door.
