Hooters

Really bad experience. Me and my sister waited more than 40 minutes for food and we’re getting ready to just forget about the whole thing. The waitress came by once the whole time and had forgot about us. By the time we were ready to go out food was «almost «done but that was a lie because we ended up waiting 20 more minutes anyways. I’m more upset with the fact that I even let myself go through such poor customer service. Don’t think I’ll go here again.

The place looks great and the girls are hot. Good was hot and fresh. Manager came by the table had a great time there

Absolutely terrible service. We waited 20 minutes without a server and the 18 – 20 year old hostess seemed totally unequipped to deal with that. «Your waitress is really busy.» The waitress didn’t even show up to mention that herself.

Bad service. Took too long to get food. When food arrived it was incorrect. Childs plate arrived 10 minutes after all the other food was served. Disappointed.

It is a bar that serves food and greasy/​buttery wings !!!
But the five stars is for the Blacken Dolphin (mahi) sandwich. It is hands down the best in town… center cut every time and the portion is big compared to most places… If you are looking for a little better entertainment… Go right down the street to TP.

Shrimp was good… sliders were good. fries cool when received and tasted stale before I could get through with half of them. No energy with our waitness. Asked if we were ok and by the time I took a bite and answered she was two tables away. Oh well​.Im just an outer towner

Decent service, decent food, good for sports. That’s it.

Used to love hooters wings and have not bought in at least a year. Tried today, and the food quality has definitely gone downhill.

Great service. Never ate at this hooters before. came in right before closing time on a Wednesday and they where happy to have us! Arielle, our waitress was kind, and made us feel like regulars. Along with the rest of the staff. I’d eat here again. Thanks

Waitresses freaked out when we came in with a group of six like it was overwhelming. Our waitress was unattractive which is not the standard we expected. The food even though the waitress had got it correct still came out to the other guys from the kitchen with things they had asked to be off still on. And my appetizer never even showed up. Asked after the entrée came for appetizers again and by ticket time still had not arrived. I asked to cancel it, and come to find out it had never been put in. Drinks stayed emptied. I hate this place.

I basically grew up here, it’s my favorite place in the whole world. BUT GET THE BAKED BEANS BACK. Please. And please make it a rule to never re-​fry the wings, it’s obvious when that happens. Lastly, I love the renovation!

Seriously a bad experience! Bad, slow service and wait staff that needed training. Food came out cold after half hour. Girls rude! Don’t waste your time fellas.

Waiting a hour to eat cold fried food was not my ideal Mothers Day ! Also the service was terrible took forever for refills, and she wasn’t attentive at all ! my boyfriends burger was suppose to be med rare and they served him a well done burger 25 minutes after everyone else was already done eating ! So unfortunate

You will not find a better place to sit down with friends or work colleagues. If you have the chance, and she’s working, ask for Rebecca. She has been perfect the numerous times I’ve been in and will not forget any of the items your party orders!

Hooters is,… well,… Hooters. I don’t understand what people are all tied up in knots about with food and service. After all, Hooters is all about how large the owl’s eyes are right? Ahem… I will move on to service and food. I was there with two other guy friends (surprise, surprise) and it was Sunday early evening. We arrived at 7PM and had almost our choice of seating. There is skill in this move, let me tell you. When Hooters is empty… you must walk into a part of the restaurant where you can see the servers and catch one or more gaze. They’ll show you which table is theirs. This played out perfectly as our server… we’ll call her «ALEX» a columbian/​peruvian beauty was our guide to all things fried and fried and fried. It was also all you can eat WINGS NIGHT. Our luck! We got boneless, bone-​in, fries and also had beers and some (drum roll as I’ve never enjoyed a liquor license in Hooters) vodka and soda with lime. The wings were hot and they were tasty. Fries? meh… so so. Our server was generous with her time even as the place filled up. Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of Hooters’ wings and fries but if you’re going to «go for the gusto» and simply oggle the moving «boggle» behind the owl’s eyes… GO HOOTERS or go home.

Next visit I would like to try the fried pickles.

The wings are ok but the girls are not so good looking. It was my first time there. I expected more.

Well, I’ll be graceful when saying; Wings had been refried and sitting for a while; Fries were Oily & clearly had been refried. The wait staff suffers due to poor Food Prep. This was evident as the place was ⁷⁄₈ empty at 6:30pm. My tip was 20% because I felt sorry for the girl.

This was my first time at a Hooter’s restaurant, and my last. Service was horrendous. I’ve never received such bad service in my entire life. She just did not care at all about me and my dining companion. I ordered a burger medium and it came out well done, it was an okay burger. My companion asked for some honey mustard and was charged an extra dollar. A dollar for one side of honey mustard! Unbelievable. Men’s bathroom was abysmal, they didn’t even have soap in the dispenser. Will never go back!

This location is a DUMP!!!
Everything about is is garbage!!!
I will NOT be back even if it was free…
