Stuff was amazing, Heather was great, welcoming, very cute and she took a great care of us. The food was okay, could have been better, beer delicious, and we had to wait very long for our dessert, but it was worth the wait. Updated We went back again, Heather was there again and again amazing service! We like this restaurant

We’ve been here 4 – 5 times and at its best the kitchen has been slow and the service spotty but the food has always been good. Last night, 3÷12÷2016 was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. The server was slow, rude, argumentative. Out of the 5 diners who placed their meal orders, two showed up stone cold, two were good, and one meal never arrived. An assistant mgr arrived and took no action. We requested the restaurant mgr who did finally come out and apologize and took the cold and missing enters off the bill. If this was a one time thing I wouldn’t post but this restaurant needs a complete re-training and and change of most of the servers and managers to bring it back to the standards of other restaurants in this chain. Avoid until then.

The chicken on the salad was obviously frozen, all our dishes were relatively tasteless. Service was mediocre. We went there because it was near all the shopping but there will be no next time for us

I will never go back again — horrible. Ordered loaded baked potato and Cesar salad. My daughter had soup and salad. Took forever to get food and server brought 2 soups a potato and one salad. Potato was reheated, not fresh and had very little on it. I asked for butter and sour cream. Potato was cold by the time I got it and wilted salad with box croutons arrived 5 minutes later. No refills offered on tea. Jame had desert, which again took forever to get. Lunch took the better part of 2 hours, the majority of that spent waiting for food. Server was polite — not her fault the back of the house is so inefficient.

Was here with a party of 7… then 6. My cousin walked out an hour of waiting for our food. I ordered the bison burger… it shouldve been a veggie burger. The patty was so small. I only tasted the lettuce tomato and onions. My fries would have been delicious if they were hot. My Poppa didn’t like his shrimp scampi. Oh, they dont have milkshakes but tgey do have floats. My cousin ordered the sliders. After an hour, maybe over an hour, his food CAME — BURNTPATTIESANDCOLDFRIES. Then he walked out… My auntie sad they won’t be in business long cooking food like this. I agree. This was my experience. By all means, try your luck.

I am new to Florida and went out for lunch here. The service was good. I ordered a turkey jalapeño burger. It was great. My mom ordered chicken. She said it was good. The drink menu is good. Many things to choice from. I will be coming back.

I’ve been here twice now and ordered 2 different salads. The first time there was no dressing and it took the waitress 15 minutes to come check on us. The second time, I ordered a kale salad and the kale was wilted and brown. Big menu … It looks like it has potential. Hopefully it will improve.

We have been to BJ’s in Jacksonville… very good… nice staff. But at this one… we had a less than enthusiastic waiter. Slow service. Food tasted bad. Order came out wrong and took ten minutes to come back with another. Pasta was very sour tasting. We did not eat either meal. Just wanted to pay for our beers and go find somewhere else to eat. Kudos to manager for waiving the bill. Too bad… nice location and décor.

The only reason that this restaurant got 3 stars was because of the yummy dessert. The service was just awful(I had a few friends who came and also had bad service). I mean we had to seek her out to get Splenda, refills, food, and dessert. This waiter was just bad and the first half of our meal the place was packed but by the end it was dead and she was nowhere to be found. The food was ok they didn’t have the same menu they have in Orlando. The waiter said it was because they are a new restaurant they didn’t have a full menu. I missed the pot-roast and the pot roast sandwich they were amazing but they aren’t on this menu. We had a beer sampler and buyer be ware the samples are big so if you don’t like it your stuck with it. Most beers were good the Blonde and Berry Burst cider. So I guess I’ll give it another try but I was not impressed.

Great casual pub atmosphere, food qaunity, and staff! They’ve got the business down and efficient good quality product at a fair price is what you’ll get.

We’ve been here 3 times, 1st time was great, 2nd time sucked, third time because I had a $ 20GC and it was lousy. Hot salad, tiny salad, cold pizza, anemic mahi mahi tacos, worst mac and cheese, rubbish grilled cheese. Wished we’d gone to Mc Donald’s across the road and eaten their poison.

My husband and I tried this restaurant twice. The first time we had to wait about 40 min with a baby, the new orleans jambalaya was way too spicy that I could only finish the 1⁄3. My husband ordered a regular(non-alcoholic) drink, and exchange to the other kind because it was not good then they charged both drinks(both were the same price), horrible service after all. As we gave them second chance, my husband went because there was buy one get one meal free deal going on so he could get me a meal togo. He went in at 6 pm with a wait time of 15 min. The server punched in orders and generated a check at 6:24 pm(I know how it works because I used to serve). He finished his meal(deep dish lasagna was pretty good) and paid the check at 7:36 pm as he awaits my togo(the Hawaiian mahi mahi). We live about 10 min away from the restaurant. When he finally received my togo at 8 pm and got home just around 8:15 pm(total time is over 2 hours to have a meal on thursday night), the food was ice cold(we wonder how long my togo was sitting in the kitchen?) The presentation as I opened the togo box was as if someone’s left over was packed or ate the portion of it. It was very disappointing so we called the restaurant to speak with the manager, made us wait on the phone over 10 min. We had to hang up and called back again. They did not sound very sincere for apology but just wanted to give us a new order or send the courtesy card. Oh and the manager at the end of the phone call tried to correct us the time we spent there as he reads the time of the check, 6:24 pm and 7:36 pm as my husband was only there 1 hour. No honey you can’t try me and try to disrespect. I know how the check machine works and I know when My husband left here and got here. This restaurant rates 4.8 on google and the service is beyond terrible. I would never give another chance to this disgusting restaurant.

This is the third time here and we were not disappointed we were grated and seated as we walked in. Server was attentive, friendly and knowable. Food was great, I had the Parmesan crusted chicken my husband had the French dip. Both were delightful. Than we had dessert, we shared a peanut butter pazookie witch was ridiculously delicious.

Never come when busy. The kitchen cracks under pressure and the meal is ruined. My salad was a pathetic joke to say the least. They clearly ran out of arugula and threw some random green on a plate … Literally threw them on the plate. The portion was so crazy I was in shock. Then my main course, the Atlantic Salmon, while cooked perfectly and a large portion, was SMOTHERED in the sauce that I asked for on the side, and the vegetables were so dried out from being under the warmer while my friends pizza cooked. The food is good(when they have it in stock) but the kitchen is no way prepared for the amount of guests and the food suffers from the lack of precession you can find elsewhere downtown. Good for a quick bite, but if it’s busy walk away because your order will just end up being messed up in some way.

Holy hell, their pork chop dinner is seriously the best dish I have ever had that wasn’t home cooked. It was so juicy and flavorful I didn’t even know pork chops could taste that good! The meal came with green beans, white cheddar mashed potatoes(OMG) and cinnamon apples. That entrée alone gives this place 5 stars for me!(Also went there with just 2 of us and we were seated promptly and well taken care of)

During my visit to WPB, I took a stroll through the PB Outlets and got a lil hungry. My fiancé, his mom, aunt and myself wanted something that was close and we wanted some libations so I quickly checked( Unilocal of course). I wasn’t satisfied with the rating but they weren’t moved by it. They were hungry so it didn’t matter to them. All in all they enjoyed their food and drinks. Me, not so much. We walk in and was greeted. The hostess joked around with us a little. The restaurant is decorated nicely. I loved the way the bar was set up. I opted out on the drinks. I sipped my fiancé’s. He ordered a Peach Martini. It was SUPER sweet. You know its sweet when you have to add water to it. Seriously — water to a alcoholic beverage? Especially for him — he loves sweet drinks as it is. Anyway, we started off with Avocado Rolls. Not impressed. Then we had the fried Artichoke. Definitely not impressed, I didn’t even fight for the last one. No on did. I was torn between the salad, deep dish pizza and a turkey burger. I got the turkey burger. I hadn’t had one in a while. It was definitely frozen before it came to the table. It didn’t have much flavor and it was not house-made. I asked the waiter if they have veggie burgers and he began to describe it to me. I asked if it was made in-house or frozen. He said he didn’t know AND he didn’t bother to try to find out either. He just stood there waiting on me to place my order. What a lil weasel. Anyway, the beau’s aunt ordered a salad topped with Salmon, I forgot what he and his mom ordered — it obviously wasn’t memorable. I guess it was because I sat directly across from his aunt and envied the size of the salmon that was on her plate. I knew I should’ve gotten a damn salad. You can eff up a salad. Anyway, I wished we would’ve gotten there before 3pm before the lunch menu was over. I didn’t see myself paying full price for a mediocre meal. Once the weasel brought our check over to us, we took our time to finish our beverages. He had the nerve to come over to the table with a tray of waters in one hand, grabs a plate and then asks us to stack our plates on top of the one he grabbed. REALLY!!! Um you couldn’t pass out those waters and come back and pick up your own damn plates? That’s what YOU are here for. I thought it was brazen and very tacky. I wanted to say something directly to him but I didn’t want to be rude in front of company. So I just made a jokingly comment about it and brushed it off. I really felt some kinda way about that. Doesn’t matter tho. I wont be back when Im in town. I told them lets go to Bud’s Chicken & Seafood! Grrr…

Our lunch club met up here on a Friday. A lot of business men and women were taking their lunch break here. It was packed. We ordered chicken Parmesan platter– husband said it was good and ½ California sandwich and clam chowder soup– both were good. Next time I gotta try the wheat beer! Overall the food was average and service was ok. May consider coming back.

My girls know their subject matter when it comes to me – if I’m picking the place to eat, I want someplace with good craft beer. Well, as luck would have it, the new B.J.‘s Brewhouse and Restaurant opened earlier this month in West Palm Beach, and I was looking for an excuse to try it. Father’s Day provided the right excuse, so off we went. We headed over at 3pm in the afternoon, hoping to avoid a wait by coming in between lunch and dinner in order to beat the rush. We still ended up waiting for about 20 – 30 minutes, but I busied myself with watching the World Cup at the bar — France was wiping the field with Honduras at the time. Before long, I got the text from the hostess, and we were led to our table. When we got there, the booth had not yet been bussed, so we had to stand around and wait until the bussers made their way over. We noticed that they were at present, clearing another table in the same area we were in, so we asked the hostess if we could just sit there, at the newly cleaned table. She said it would be fine, so we walked over and sat down, but it was only a matter of seconds before the manager came over to tell us that the table we had sat down at was actually set to be pushed together with another table for party of 12 that was heading over at just that moment. He suggested a third booth for us to move to, with his apologies for the inconvenience, so we girded up … again, and rolled over to the booth … again. OK. New restaurant. Glitches happen. We moved over and moved on. We were greeted by our waitress, and she quickly returned with our drink orders; my wife, a hefeweissen, and I, a stout called Tatonka — the Sioux word for Buffalo, if I remembered«Dances With Wolves» correctly. It was very creamy, with only a hint of bitterness. It took a little longer than I expected for our waitress to return to take our food orders, but our glasses weren’t yet empty, so I suppose that given the date on the calendar, I should have been grateful. I ordered the Bison burger, my wife, a turkey burger, and my daughter the shrimp jumbalaya. While I ended up wolfing the bison patty down — I had skipped breakfast in anticiption of the day’s menu — my daughter’s jumbalaya was easily the best meal at the table. For certain, my choice on my next visit. Not much conversation, because we were enjoying the entrees so much that we didn’t speak until the plates were basically empty. We followed up our meal with two more brews, that came out about 10 minutes apart from 2 different servers. Again, I think they are still«working out their kinks» being brand new, so we looked the other way in the service department, & praised the flavorful food. To finish, the three of us shared their signature dessert, the pizzokie — a hot, fresh from the oven, deep-dish, oversized cookie, covered in vanilla ice cream & generous dollop of flavoring — ours was Oreo cookies & cream. I managed to get my fork into the pan about 4 times while my wife and daughter laid waste to the rest of the chocolate goodness. Like I said, service was spotty as a result of the staff’s newness, but the food didn’t suffer as a result. As the staff becomes more seasoned, I’m sure the rating here will climb.

New restaurant in my neighborhood — so we decided to try it. Affordable, extensive menu from tasting’s to full entrée’s. I has the BBQ chicken salad, and appetizer size corn fritters in bacon aioli and the roasted artichokes. Food was delicious, and service was fast. Visually well-presented. Loved the beer tasting, ate at the bar.
