Very poor management! The toy I was trying to purchase wasn’t scanning so an associate went to ask the manager. They made me wait 15 minutes for a price check. When they finally told me the price, it was cheaper at toys r us and even though online it says they price match, they wouldn’t do it for me. Not only did the take forever and wasted my time but they told me since I don’t like the price to get it elsewhere. Needless to say I didn’t give them my business.

Very poor management at this Kmart! Empty shelves and incompetent employees that say different things about same thing… One said they price match their own website prices! When I went to the store… I could not!

Above average for kmart but still pretty sad. Kinda dirty and with empty sections, typical long lines, and an alarm at the front that kept beeping monotonously with no one seeming to notice or care, I saw employees pass right by it.
