Marshalls Department Store

Horrible customer service. The cashier and manager seem to have an attitude. I walked out of the store and came back to have my receipt reprinted because I could not find it, even though the cashier had given it to me. The cashier called Janice, the manager in charge, Janice said it will be too difficult to find. After I told her I had just purchased it and that it should not be that hard to find, the cashier gave her a copy of the signed credit card slip. She could only print a gift receipt and told me I could only get a store credit if I returned anything and that this was a one time deal, that she could not do it another time. Very bad attitude, it is not nice to talk down to customers.

This Marshall’s in particular has been a life saver, I despise shopping at the mall around this time of the year. In a pinch, I was able to revamp my entire work wardrobe under budget. The ladies at the dressing room where very nice and kept the place clean and organized. They also have a good selection of shoes for everyone. I will be returning to do my Christmas shopping.
