As a former racer, bike mechanic (I am not a current or former employee of this shop), and a recreational cyclist I am very discerning with whom I would trust my bicycles to. I have personally witnessed these guys fix the mistakes and negligence of other shops, if the bike can be fixed, they can do it. They tailor their recommendations to each customer based on their needs, not what will make them the most money, if they don’t have a product in stock they will get it (as quickly as possible) and their pricing is very fair. All skill levels are made to feel comfortable, they educate the consumer, are a wealth of knowledge, offer coaching and nutritional guidance for all levels and even serve an amazing cup of coffee. I can’t say enough about this shop and the staff; great people, great service, great bikes!

Not impressed. I brought a bike in for one specific fix, I told the mechanic, I know it needs a tune up but I do not want to have that service at this time. I told the guy twice. I picked up the bike and I was charged for a full tune. This is neither fair nor honest. I will not be back.
