Ncognito Downtown West Palm Beach

There seems to be a gym and a massage. I got a Groupon and went for the massage only.
Once you are IN there it is fine! Nice décor, nice rooms. night lighting, relaxing. The massage was good too!
If this is your first trip there, though take note:
— There are parking meters around here. BRING CHANGE. In my city they went to taking cards about 5 years ago but if you dont have change your SOL. If I was in my personal car Id have a stash of change, but in Florida many are not in their own car and they dont warn you to bring change.
— When I called to book, as you cant book the Groupon online, the gal says if you cant find street parking you can park in the Banyan Garage and they will pay for up to two hours.
Great I thought, but I should have asked for the address to the Banyan Garage. There is a street called Banyan, and I see two garages on it but could not see the name BANYAN GARAGE on either of them, so on third time down this road I just pulled into one. Just my luck I picked the wrong one. The right one just says PARK in huge letters. It is the first one you will probably see. When you are on Banyan you cant see the name Banyan Garage. When walking back to my garage, then I can see in small letters on the side street the name Banyan. Oh Well! If I got it right, the Banyan Garage is the SW corner of Banyan and Narcissus. I say if I got it right because…
–As is often the case in Florida your streets here all go by double names. Dont you just love it!!! I realize this is no fault of the business but be forwarned:
–A1A is also Dixie Highway
–Banyon is also 1^st Street
–Olive is also Federal Highway !!!
So. since many of your GPS devices may not know them as both GOOD LUCK!
Allow extra time to find your way up in there. I would look at google maps aerial view unless you know know the area, as it will help you get your bearings.
Fortunately Clematis IS Clematis and once on it there is no confusion there.

My experience at Ncognito is quite amazing! The facility is always clean and the atmosphere is friendly. The trainers are always there to motivate me; whether its by pushing me to run that last lap or by modifying routines to make the workout more fun and effective.

Massage was best ever. Looking forward to next massage. Nutrition consult beneficial. Unique concept in training, conditioning and health.

Very cool space. Had to tour by the owner Marcus last week. My husband and I made appointment for massages. Both massage therapists were very good. And now we plan on getting one for our oldest son for a Christmas gift. Worth investing. The workout room is amazing. And the staff is wonderful.
