The best live theatre in Palm Beach County. You will not see Oklahoma here, not there is anything wrong with Oklahoma.

We were fortunate enough to be in WPB at the same time as the PBD production of the concert version of «The Most Happy Fella,» a classic musical that we have only seen once before, written by the legendary Frank Loesser. You did not even realize this was a concert version with the wonderful costumes and props, except for the occasional glances at the script set up all over the stage on music stands. But the voices and preparation of these actor/singers was remarkable – I think I only saw about six glances to the script during the entire three-hour delightful production. The show has been extended until August 3rd and hurry to see it – this is a rare production you may not have a chance to see again, and especially by this extremely talented ensemble. Especially outstanding were Rosabella/Amy, Tony, Cleo and the men’s ensemble, and the ladies’ ensemble’s lively dances added so much. We were enchanted all evening!

Great little theatre right on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach! Check their website for schedule of plays and events. We saw a play here, Lion in Winter, and were pleasantly surprised. The acting was excellent and the staging, costumes and sound system were all very professional. We will definitely return for another show!
