I am from California & I know my Phở. This phở place is authentic & delicious. They cut the beef way thinker than in California & the beef is so delicious. The home growth mints is so very flavorful & smell amazing. Love this phở place. Phở done rigth. Omg the avocado smoothies is amazing!

This is the most authentic Vietnamese resultant in Florida the food is always great and so is the service. Your never rushed out but your food always comes out fast. It’s so worth the trip for a great meal Just give it a shot

This is my go to phở spot in west palm. The process they use is absolutely delicious. I usually get the phở special and have also tried to vermicelli options and enjoyed that as well. My family and friends eat here regularly as the food is always great, the service is fast and the staff is friendly.

After pulling an all nighter, a refreshing meal is exactly what me and my friends needed. We found this place on Unilocal while starting our road trip from Ft Lauderdale back to Dallas, TX. My friend got rice vermicelli and my husband and I got phở ga. The food was insanely good and the waiters were friendly and attentive. We were all satisfied with our experience and would defiantly eat here again if we’re ever in West Palm Beach.

The phở here is very bland and leaves a terrible aftertaste. The spring rolls are just ok. Not worth the trip. Customer service is ok. Still I would not recommend this place. No depth in soup, none, Zilch… Raw meat aftertaste…

I had rice vermicelli on my mind … and also a big bowl of Phở. I was ready for Vietnamese love. My sister and I started with spring rolls. Finished them in no time. Our entrees came out very quickly. I had Rice Vermicelli special which came everything; chicken, shrimp, spring rolls, pork. And oh boy it was so divine. Exactly what I’ve been waiting for. Sister got Phở and it was good. Food is very affordable. Service was fine. Place looks clean. Go get yourself some Vietnamese!

Mmmmm delicious Phở. Very inexpensive so the wallet likes that too. I would recommend the Bun Bo Hue. Very spicy but very delicious. You can also get the phở to go, which is awesome. They keep the ingredients separate so you can combine them when you get home, to keep the phở as fresh as possible. Nice to just pick up instead of typical fast food stuff. Overall, would highly recommend this place. And I will always come back here for my Bun Bo Hue. Look for the guy with the red face and watery eyes who can’t stop eating :)

Worst Phở I ever tasted. It was definitely made from bouillon and had way too much rock candy sugar. No depth at all. I make this soup twice a year and it is a long process to prepare authentially. I am saddened that people actually think this is how Phở tastes. Really bad service and kinda dirty once you take a good look around. The staff is unfriendly which doesn’t bother me as I understand their culture. No wine or beer which I can certainly do without for any excellent meal. After we finished, and haven’t even stepped away from the table, three of the staff descended upon the table… clearing and spraying cleaner all over everything. I wouldn’t have thought too much about this practice but the place was 60% unoccupied. Just wrong all the way around! I heard this place was excellent and was so stoked to go. I brought four foodie friends along and felt so bad about the experience. Afterwards, I bought everyone’s beers out of pure guilt. Maybe the«bun» is better and I plan to never find out!!! Btw…I don’t usually enjoy Chinese cuisine but if you are in the area craving an Asian fix, The Singing Bamboo is nearby and outstanding on every level. Dee-Lish

My to go order had raw meat in it. I think they were suppose to tell me to put it in the soup? So it would cook?! But my soup was cold and raw meat juice all over my veggies. If I ate this I would be in a hospital in 24 hours. I also requested limes and hot sauce to go with my soup a few times and they left it out and gave me one slice of lime. She literally lied to my fave as she was packing it. Of course they didn’t make it in. This is my second time here and the last time. The first time was not impressed either but I tried to give this local business another chance. Do yourself a HUGE favor and never go to this place.

This place has never been known for its service or cleanliness, but the food has always been good. However, I have noticed the service and cleanliness get worse the past several times I’ve been there. Today the phở didn’t taste the same as it usually does. The last two times I have noticed the sauces that sit on the table have no tops on them, just open ready for Charlie Sheen and friends to swing by. So when leaving today I mentioned it to the girl and she just said«I know» and put it right back where it was when I got there. She was even starting to spray the table with a cleaner… guaranteed that chemical went in the sauce. Obviously they have no regard for people’s health. So therefore I have no regard to continue to give them business. There’s a new place that I noticed opened up called Phở Saigon on Okeechobee and Haverhill. I’ll check that out soon and report back. Be careful if you go there and don’t be afraid to call them out on these blatant health hazards.

There is no other place I like more when it come to Vietnamese food than Phở 16. At first the place doesn’t look like much but do not let that turn you off cause the experience will change your mind very quickly. The food is very traditional and delicious, the portions are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is great, I will insure you will be very satisfied.

The best Phở in the Palm Beaches. Small family owned place, really chill atmosphere.

Definitely good Vietnamese food. You can tell, all the Asians eat here too! Service is Meh! They don’t speak English very well but enough to take your order. Don’t expect table check ups either. Butttt the good food makes up for the lack in service. The hours of operation are odd too! They close at 8pm. The prices did go up a little bit and portions appear smaller but food is still good! It’s a no frills kind of place. I gave 4 stars for food not for service.

When I’m stomping around the Palm Beach area Pho16 is my stable comfort food in a otherwise dismal culture-less environment. Pho16’s phở and vermicelli are served up quickly and at a affordable price. They recently reduced the number of items on the menu to help quicken serving, while it was a good move a few great items were removed. Thanks for the great food, will be back soon(maybe today if I need to meet anyone for lunch) ~K Ps, Phở noodle hack, just like Ramen you can get extra noodles. Just make sure you don’t use up to much soup.

Was great UNTILTODAY. Short story: They REFUSED to fix my order on their mess up after I paid cash. Also, there was a green moldy substance growing on my raw meat. Ordered the usual, but the usual girl didn’t answer. The one that usually has no personality answered. She mumbled back my order, I told her I didn’t understand. She got angry and I told her my order once more. I won’t bash her for misunderstanding or a language barrier because I’ve dealt with language barrier all my life and understand the struggle. Basically I ordered one thing, she packed another thing and refused to change it when I picked it up after I paid. When I got home, I opened the box… put the liquid in the pot to cook the raw meat and found a moldy green substance on the meat. Because of the poor service and subpar quality of food, I won’t even bother with them.

Clean, excellent service, very fresh food. Some of the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. I don’t care how hot it is outside here in south Florida, when you get the craving for Phở, you gotta go phở it!

Quick service. The food came in less than 10 minutes. Hubby and I both ordered Phở. It’s cheap and it’s good. There’s fruit flies everywhere tho.
