Pizza Hut

Ordered for carry out, website said it’d be ready in 15 minutes at 9:00 and got to the location at exactly that time and they hadn’t even started making my order yet. Sat and waited 20+ minutes for them to make my food. Hopefully it was just a busy night or something…

Really good pizza tonight. We ordered two pizzas: 1^st) half pepperoni, and other half cherry peppers, onions, olives, tomatoes, banana peppers on a thin crust. 2^nd) extra cheese on handmade crust. All delicious. Delivery was fast. Pizza was fresh and hot.

Horrible service. Homeless people inside causing problems. No food on Buffett. 2 groups of 2 walked in with us and they only had 2 pizzas on the buffet. They brought out one more and it went before everyone could eat. There was never pasta — it was empty. Will not go back!

Dirty. Falling apart. Staff lacks pride.
Brought my students for a hearty, popular yet cost– effective treat. What teenagers don’t like pizza?! And the lunch buffet was the way to go! Alas. When we arrived at 1:05 for the buffet that closed at 1:30, we were told that no new food would be put out. No problem as there were half pizzas left. However, the staff began breaking down the buffet at 1:15 by the very people who knew we were taking part of the buffet! The kids had only had one rotation. And anyone with teens know that’s insufficient.
And this was after we arrived and would only be sat at a booth for four, we had six. This was because ALL of the larger tables had clearly catered to toddlers for an earlier lunch because the carpeted floors were disgusting with their very large assortment of food underneath. We asked for a cleaner floor after having to ask for a cleaned-​off table. Flabbergasted when we were told that «it was unsanitary to sweep while other patrons are eating». WHAT?! And it gets even more absurd… when they went to ask the manager, not only did he NOT come to our table to try to reach a respectful and logical accommodation, but he scowled and merely shook his head at the Server who’d asked him to clarify the protocol.
The teenagers wanted to stay. And I tipped *accordingly* given the lack of professionalism and pride and lukewarm pizza. Because the salad toppings part of the bar looked really rather fresh!

Never happy with the service but it’s south Florida so what can you expect? Although today when I ordered they tried charging me $ 23 for a pizza and breadsticks. Same order as usual but $ 6 more. On principle I’m now across the street at DiPietros which is much better!

I have ordered something close to five or six pizzas from this location during their 55^th Anniversary Sale (over the course of two weeks; I’m not an animal). Each pizza has been different, and a deviation from the menu preparation, and each time the pizza has been made properly. I docked them a star because the staff could be more enthusiastic. Also, I saw a girl become exasperated with a customer who was asking about the difference between hand tossed and pan crust. That’s a pretty reasonable question for a place called Pizza Hut, and I would guess it would come up often enough to have an explanation prepared. However, she was one employee, out of several, who have been courteous and prompt in service. This Pizza Hut is consistent and timely, even during a huge anniversary sale, which is pretty impressive. If you dig Pizza Hut, this is a pretty good one.

I know, I know… it’s Pizza Hut, why review it?
My Saturday night delivery experience was great; the ordering experience (online) was super easy, the food came on time and was tasty & made right… the delivery driver was actually HAPPY to see us!
I tried some of the mini-​pizzas, which came 3 to a box and each could be tailored with 3 different ingredients each (how neat!) Totally worth the $ 5 (found a deal online for that price.)
Overall, the pizza was done right and I was happy.

Terrible. No pizzas at all at the buffet during lunch hours. Waitress gave us all attitude for telling her there’s no food on the buffet during lunch time.
She later ended up throwing change at my mom! Horrible customer service. Dirty restaurant over all. Dingy. Not worth the money, honestly. If you want attitude from the wait staff and are in the mood to get lame pizza and get pissed off — be my guest. NOT FOR ME! I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Will never go back. No wonder Pizza Hut is going out of business all over the place.

3 ½ The service here is soooo slow, that’s really the only down side. If you place a carry out order, expect to wait 15 – 20 mins extra than what they tell you. We order from here all the time and it is consistently good. (For Pizza Hut)

The service: Not that great!
The Food: The same you would expect from other Pizza Huts.
A good note: Very close to the Christian Convention Center! :-)

This location is a dine-​in Pizza Hut Bistro. It seems the Bistro designation means they have an expanded menu (read: they also serve pasta dishes).
I have not tried the pasta, but the pizza here is good. When I say the pizza is good, I am not comparing it to other pizza restaurants, but instead to what I have come to expect from a Pizza Hut chain. I’ve received good service here, the staff is friendly and the food is as expected from a Pizza Hut. Sometimes greasy? Sure. Always delicious? Absolutely.
