If you have not tried Pizza Mambo in awhile or had bad experience before… it’s time to retry it. They are apparently under new management and the pizza is delicious! I originally tried it 2 yrs ago when I moved to the area. The pizza was not bad, but it did NOT stand out, VERY greasy. This new receipe is DELICIOUS. I always get extra sauce. If you have sensitive teeth like me, the texture of the delicious crust can get to you, but I’ve learned to ignore it because I love their pizza.

After reading the last review I was excited to finally try Mambo again after a very long hiatus.
We ordered a large pie with 2 toppings on half. It came out wrong. Ok. We could deal w that. The cheese was nice quality and sauce tasty but the crust… Not good. Burnt on the bottom and underdone on top. They put a nice garlic butter on the crust when it comes out the oven but we couldn’t enjoy it as the pie smelled as burnt as it tasted.
Boo:(I was hoping they had better quality than years prior but I guess the hiatus continues.
I would give 1.5 stars if I could because it was delivered quickly and with a smile.

The new owner at Pizza Mambo is a chef, now just a «pizza guy» he is creative and is completely involved in his new business. He is working on new menu items all the time. His «Cuban Calzone» will knock you out (think cuban sandwich meets calzone). All the old menu favorites are there, plus a lot of new goodies!
