Good food but unfortunately grass grows faster than the drive thru.
The citrus chicken salad is something to try. Really good along with a side of corn.
Go inside to get your food.

I grabbed food through the drive through a couple of times, and found this to be a pleasant surprise! I got the mojo pork both times, and both times it was delicious. Seasoning was on point, comes with black beans and rice, which were plain and not really seasoned, but complimented the pork well. Haven’t tried any of the other items, but my friends said his chicken sandwich was on the dry side. There is usually a pretty long drive-​thru line at this location.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Employee jamila has horrible customer service. I ordered ¼ chicken and fries when I got to the window she told me it was $ 7 with some change. I was like why so much it says it’s supposed to be 4.99 (¼ chicken and 2 sides). She said it was because I got 2 fries, that I couldn’t just get one side of fries. I told her it didn’t add up and to remove the fries. She end up charging me for ½ chicken which is not what I ordered. Horrible service never going back

I’d like to rate this place a 5 from the look and smell of all the grilled chicken & pork. I had the avocado grilled chicken salad. The lettuce was beautiful green, fresh & crisp, the grilled chicken was just as I imagined – grilled to perfection and wonderful!– the avocado lacked a lot to be desired. The avocado was guacamole with no flavor except blah– I love sliced avocados plain, seasoned, I love guacamole even more but they took an amazing salad here and really made it below mediocre. They need to change that crap they call guacamole and either use sliced avocado or make a better guacamole. I will come back to this restaurant and would recommend it as amazing, but not the guacamole.

Went thru drive thru.
My order was not only incomplete but I ordered the Caribbean soup and only hot liquid not chicken, potatoes or anything else.
Ordered a side of chicken didn’t get they either.

This is a great place for lunch. If you don’t believe me asked the numerous people who a sitting here in the drive thru waiting to order, blocking traffic. When it became my turn the young lady spoke WAY to fast for the capability of that speaker and was in such a hurry almost didn’t let me complete my order. The transaction finished pretty quickly and I was on my way.
The food is okay. It’s not McDonalds or the typical fast food place… But it’s still fast food, don’t you forget it. I’ve had better «tropical» food but it’s not bad. I miss the days when they had ropa viella but it’s healthier to have chicken anyway.
Overall not bad but this place needs work.

Pollo Tropical is a good standby. I usually get the TropiChop since you can customize it and it can be pretty healthy. The chicken was fresh and tasty and the onions and peppers were super delicious and not undercooked like they are at places like Chipotle. I also love Pollo’s salsa bar — soo good.
I don’t think this is the best restaurant chain in the world, but the food is good and usually pretty consistent, which is why I go back. The plantains are wonderful too and always cooked perfectly!

So I am in from out of town and looking for a place to eat and saw this and thought I would give it a try. That was my first mistake. I ordered the ¼ chicken and ribs with rice and beans. The chicken was terrible. It looked like it was leftover from lunch yesterday. The ribs were the worst I’ve ever had… EVER! They were so dry they crumbled. They have so much food pre-​cooked sitting on a shelf that had probably been there for hours.
I can’t believe that anyone would go there after eating there once. I’ve never been to one of these chains but I hope the others are much better than this one.
The reason I gave it 1 star is because they don’t allow me to give negative stars. Save your money and eat at the gas station down the street. It would be better.

I’ve eaten here three times and the place was packed. very popular place around lunchtime with all of the surrounding businesses.
Its very clean and the staff is friendly. I plan to swing by whenever im on 45th street.
This is the best place to eat for under $ 5. The food is fresh and the plantains are the best in Palm Beach.

The last three of five times I was there, I was told that there is no more chicken. This is hours before they even close. How is that possible. That’s like going to a car wash and find out you can’t wash your car because there’s no water. Change management.
