I am a current customer of public storage at another location. I stop by this location to pay my bill one day and the customer service that I received from Kim was amazing. She was very friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend anyone that is seeking a storage company to visit this location and be sure to ask for Kim, she is the best!

Staff that works the office are truly amazing. Business itself, sucks majorly! We had a different issue every single day we came by.
First, we rented the unit and spent the afternoon unloading our uhaul truck only to find out 5 minutes before the gate locked and we were to be out of the building that the door didn’t really work and our belongings were not secured and it was too late to call anyone.
The following week when we returned and began to take our furniture and belongings out of the storage unit, we were not able to go in the gate after 8, even though the business hours were from 6 am to 9 pm. It was a real hassle and struggle to get the assistance we needed and deserved for the services we paid for. I will NOT RECOMNEND this business to anyone I know.

Went by the store today with my husband to inquire some information about storage and a kind and friendly gentleman greeted us at the door. It was my first visit to a storage facility and was pleasantly surprised by the way Antowan took the time to answer my questions and even gave us a tour of the facility as far as the size of the storage I was enquiring about. I found the place to be very clean and appears like the right place for us to put away our precious items. Thank you Antowan again.
