This place is in a really quiet plaza near Chick-fil-a. My husband and I went there for dinner and when we went inside, it was really dark and we ended up just taking out food. It wasn’t very inviting to go in there and eat. I ordered the curry chicken and my husband got the jerk chicken. The owners are definitely friendly. I didn’t see many baked goods, but I did order a beef patty. As far as the food, the jerk chicken was really tasty, and the curry chicken was good, but I wasn’t a fan of the bones that were chopped in with the food. I’d find little pieces of bone, and I’m sure I swallowed some too. As far as going back, probably not.

It’s not often I rush back to my computer to write a Unilocal review. This is one of those times. If you’re in West Palm and don’t need a fancy seating environment this place needs a visit. This place serves up absolutely fantastic jerk chicken. 2nd best I’ve ever had — 2nd only to a small roadside shop in Boston Bay(Jamaica). But I’ll tell you, this place was close. Smoky, spicey, moist, and crispy. Chicken is cooked on a grill just outfront of the restaurant in small batches. Hang outside with the cook/owner, chat it up while he cooks your food. Skin snaps when put your fork in, covered in spicey jerk sauce. Just awesome. Served with some lettuce and rice and beans. Big portions. The lunch special is a great deal. Kenny makes some awesome hot sauce … ask him for it. Ring de alarm, and taste buds are burning, whoa, he. If you can handle a four alarm fire in your mouth get some of his this sauce and drizzzle on your jerk(I think he calls it 411). The owners are friendly and generous. They offered up little bits of every thing they serve — not sure if they wanted to show off their cooking skills or just wanted me to try everything. EIther way, I’m fine with it. The beef patties are crispy on the outside, smooth on the inside, and the perfect spice level. This will be a regular spot for me when I’m in town visiting my family.
