The pharmacy definitely needs a 0 star rating. Never get your prescriptions filled here. After two hours at the doc the last thing I needed was to wait at their location in line for twenty minutes, have a tech tell me they won’t be able to get to it until late evening(this is at 3pm), say yes I can transfer to another Walgreens. I leave. They do not put them in the system instead to transfer, they lose the prescriptions only later to tell me they found two of three of them and that they don’t Intend to put them in the computer for at least an hour. I had to drive back to pick them up so I could go elsewhere. Ridiculous.

I love Walgreens, but I would rather eat the turd out of a Buffalo’s anus than go to this particular establishment. No matter what time of the day you go, its always busy and understaffed. I go out of convenience and I use the term loosely, and I always regret going. If you must go to Walgreens, AVOIDTHISONE like incest

Pack of liars. The pharmacy department told me I had to go to a pharmacy close to my doctor to get my script filled; company policy. I live in the villages around the corner, my doctor is in Jupiter. I’ve consulted a couple of pharmacists, even those at other Walgreens, there’s no such policy. Pharmacists control our medication, much of which is necessary to live a ‘normal’ life. At this specific location the department that control our medication is run by dishonest people; that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I came through the drive through around 2:30PM on April 30, 2014 with a Prescription to drop off to be filled. After handing the Prescription through the drawer a NEW young man says, «My Pharmacist is not here right now so I don’t think we can fill this or we don’t have this medicine in stock». I acknowledged him by letting him know that cannot be right as I get all my prescriptions filled there every month. My suggestion to the Pharmacy is if you’re going to put an obvious New Employee on the Drive Threw, to teach them to be Courtesy to the Customers that come through. Customer Service goes a long way especially with a sick or injured Person.

Picture this, three people sitting in the pharmacy area — waiting on scripts to be filled. Four people in line standing– in que. One lady just CUTS the lines and say’s wheres the pharmacist«question» it is answered and we all can hear– yes that is fine for chemo cancer treatment mixture– ok there is empathy for this cutter. After that a «stoner» 20 something yells out from his seat! Hey I been here for 3 hours– where is my script? Oh, say’s the pharmacy associate«what is your name» Stoner answers and she say’s oh– I called that name out a half hour ago, here it is– Stoner replies, oh I was texting. oh I did not notice the associate say’s well many girls notice me stoner replies… Arghhh. kidding me? He walks right up and places himself in front of the pharmacy associate. The damn pharmacist assist him with his cart of Whey protein, bars. etc and the anticipated scripts. Pharmacy say’s I cannot log on to the computer«no authority» he say’s. KIdding Really, 6 years of college and you cannot log on??? Essentially a cutter or a true stoner looser– no wait the audience(everyone in the pharmacy laughs) gawd this is horrible I think to myself. Unprofessional associates handled this like a comedy instead of placing this guy at the end of the cue, cause he was texting and listening to his I Phone. Maybe they thought he would shoot them? Seems society is so scared lately, they let society ills like this one go. He of course did not have the money on express pay to pay for the«protein goods» call a manager to the pharmacy for a void. Lets see, I waited 35 minutes to drop the script off and 40 minutes to pick it up– 75 minutes= 60 wasted minutes of my valued time x 6 other people waiting. Delivery you say– oh no, tried that… they did not deliver– they did not even call. Wallgreens headquarters are in Chicago, now I frequent Chicago often during the year– never never had this type of experience. Demographics = more pharmacy employees needed. Come on Chicago send more associates down South to fill the geriatric scripts…

by far the WORST walgreens ever. I unfortunately live across the street and sometimes forced to go in. I finally stopped filling my meds there because the pharmacy staff treats you horribly — like your some criminal feigning for drugs-for something I have been taking for 10 years and getting filled at a walgreens. They are just horrible. This whole store is horrible. Do they really have to lockup body wash??? does management even exist at this store?
