Bad attitudes all around. Ugh. The way they talk to you is the way they make your food and that is how it will feel in your stomach.

When going through the drive-thru I normally double check what is in the bag. Today I didn’t though as it was the manager himself who handed the bag to me. He even asked if I ordered two McChicken sandwiches. I said no. I ordered a McDouble and fries. He made a show of looking in the bag and said that was actually what was in the bag. I get to work and go to eat my lunch and find no McDouble. There was just a cheeseburger with no condiments on it at all. And this was a MANAGER who gave me the bag. Luckily, I did notice there is a Burger King a little further up the road for the next time I want lunch in that area

All I can say is too many people behind the counter¬ enough employees keeping the dining area clean. Available seats but dirty tables. Its a damn shame when the franchise makes billions but can’t hire someone to clean the dining area. Such filth it’s embarrassing to set foot in here. Imagine what the restroom look like. The guy was so mad that the manager rushed him to make a Big Mac that he pierced my sandwich. Bun was stale and the cheese was stiff like it was refrigerated for days& heat up and served. I gotta remind myself sometime why I never go to mc Donald but this time it is final.

Ever since the new renovation of this McDonald’s, it has surpassed«fast food» standards. While at Sears today, I thought I’d stop by the drive thru at this West Rox /Dedham McDonald’s, since it looked really good. While getting to the drive thru, I looked into the establishment which was amazing. It looked so modern and new! I’ll have to actually go in sometime it looked so cool. Anyway, there wasn’t anyone in the drive thru and I didn’t need to wait at all, they had everything ready at each window. It took me less than 2 minutes to order, pay and receive food. Highly suggested McDonald’s location. Located on the VFW Parkway a snail past the Dedham Mall, right on the Dedham /West Rox border.

Staff was very unprofessional the manager didn’t see to respect his employees. When the girl was calling for him for about a minute and he was ignoring her for whatever reason joke or not it’s a work environment even if you guys have a good relationship you take you job more seriously even if it’s just McDonald’s. You could tell she was embarrassed because we were waiting a while for him and saw and heard the whole thing. The reason why she was calling for him was because she didn’t know how to scan the coupon from the app or enter the coupon code. The thing I didn’t understand was why didn’t he teach her how to do it while he rang us up that way in the future she didn’t have to wait on him and embarrass herself yelling for him and she could take care of it. It really wasn’t rocket science. Since all this happened the line was held up and I’m sure the people behind us was probably becoming pretty impatient and hangry(Oxford 2015 word meaning hungry and angry). So when the manager scanned out coupons he messed up and because he messed up he gave us a sandwich on the house which was cool but it’s like how do you mess up a coupon scan. But to the food portion of the review. The presentation was a 2 looked like it was just thrown together really but it’s McDonald’s what can you expect but when did this become ok. I’m sure any business would want their products to displayed in a good way I’m sure the founders would be highly upset at the garbage being sold and how it looked. But then again they are making money from it. Cheap food or not treat people food with some respect. People are paying for it and we are also eating it so be more considerate. But yea I don’t want to use«but it’s McDonald what can you expect» as an excuse for their staff and food.

Here for breakfast. Of course they should serve breakfast all day, but that’s a different editorial. Sausage egg and cheese in that buttery salty biscuit. And a hash brown. Ok, two hash browns. Yea I know it’s not a healthy choice but it tastes really good and sometimes you just gotta go for it. They give free coffee refills and there’s free Wi-Fi. Also quieter and more spacious than Starbucks… so much preferred if it’s your thing to venture out in the morning. People watching is great since mcdonalds takes a kinds. Nice folks working here.

That’s right, I’m reviewing McDonald’s. By far the best Mcdonald’s that my wife and I have ever been to. Fast service and crispy fries, the only two things you need to rate a Mcdonald’s and this location excels in both categories. But on top of that, their sandwiches are stacked properly, unlike most locations where you’ll find a landslide of the top bun and the internals. Service isn’t always the greatest but then again I’m not here for service. I’m here for a quick lunch/dinner and that’s exactly what I’m getting every time.

Don’t judge me. My husband and I recently said we can’t believe this McDonalds only has 1 and ½ stars! I said WEMUSTREVIEW it and boost up their sad little rating. And so, I’m doing my part to ensure that proper ratings are had by all. This location truly does deserve five stars, FOR A McDONALDS people. This is relative, right! You’re not going to rate Little Johnny’s baseball diamond in Saugus to Fenway Park or Yankee Stadium, right? Exactly. So the service is quick. It’s friendly. It’s accurate — every time! And the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. I even wrote in corporate commending this particular location on their excellence. No joke. If you have car, are in area or willing to travel for the best McDonalds experience out there, this is where it’s at.

Ok, it’s a McDonald’s, I get that. We were on our way to the cemetary for my Grandfather’s unveiling in the sweltering heat. Running early, we opted to drive-thru for drinks. We stopped at the first order station and sat there for a few minutes… nothing. Finally saw the 2nd order station, drove up, same thing. We finally said, «Hello?» and someone came on. We ordered an iced coffee and a sweet tea w/lemon. Paid, drove up to the next window, and see the 2 girls chatting it up. Finally, they hand me just the iced coffee. Where’s the sweet tea, I ask? They are waiting for lemons to be sliced. 5 minutes later, I see the sweet tea through the window but they have clearly forgotten about us. The other girl opens the window to hand us a bag of food(which we didn’t order). I said, hello, can we just get our sweet tea? She gave me the most sour look and said, how would I know, I wasn’t helping you, handed us the tea and slammed the window. We drove away and realized the tea still had no lemon in it. Sorry to interrupt your day ladies.

You will wait forever for your food if you walk in and pray for patience as you watch a confused staff bumble around. The cheeseburgers taste mushy and way to salty and several times I have brought my fries back up because they tasted old.

I truly wanted to give this place a 3 star rating which wouldn’t have been bad considering, A) It’s fast food, and B) the price, but after going to this particular McD’s for about 7 years, you’d think they’d get at least one order right. Read the other comments… this place has an order mixup epidemic. I wonder if they require a code, or Enigma device to furnish correct orders. If you want a Big Mac value meal, be prepared to get a Fish sandwich with egg and raisins, instead.

It’s a McDonalds & exactly what you would expect. It’s a good size, which is good because it seems like it’s busy almost every time I’ve ever been here on a weekend. The service is acceptable, but nothing more than ordinary. Our order was accurate, the food was relatively fresh & in a reasonable amount of time.

It’s McDonalds. I try to avoid fast food, but on occasion it can’t be avoided. Plus, well… it’s McDonalds. How can you review a place that’s built its reputation on mediocrity and mantras like, «well, hopefully our food won’t give you the shits but no promises?» There’s not much of a point. Here’s the thing, though. I recognize that the people behind the counter are just that — people. They’re folks trying to earn a buck in a minimum wage vocation. That’s why I had to take notice when I watched the Mickey D’s manager berate her employees not once, but twice, in front of a couple lines three deep in customers. It’s not like these employees were slacking off or messing up. The first employee was just finishing up some work, and the manager kind of barked at her to do some chore before she left. It was really condescending, and the language used was unnecessary. My companion had ordered a double hamburger value meal. The closest thing they have to this is a cheeseburger value meal. You have to order that, minus the cheese. The woman at the front got it right. Still, the manager appeared and reamed her out in front of us, making pretty much everyone super uncomfortable. When the poor employee finally explained what was up, that it was a value meal and not just two cheeseburgers minus the cheese, the manager finally relented, without apology. The woman had frigging storm clouds circling her red face. Something tells me that working at McDonalds is hard enough, for a myriad of reasons. A manager that publicly humiliates employees in front of customers obviously doesn’t do much for the place. I have no desire to support an establishment that fosters an atmosphere where that kind of thing is ok. Because it’s not ok at all. If you work at this place, I am genuinely sorry.

Went through the drive-thru during late night. The girl who took my order behaved like I was wasting her time. Make sure you CHECK your bag before driving off, I did it on a hunch and found out that they forgot parts of my order, put the car in reverse, and got the rest. Will not return again.
