The Cubesmart in west Sacramento is a great facility. Clean nicely laid out easy to navigate and the employees are very helpful and understanding. They will work with you on many things, have great rates and are conveniently located about a mile from two major freeway exits.

Don’t bother renting a unit from these people. You can find anything better than this location. The staff is incredibly rude and it’s obvious they hate their job. They treat their customers like crap. You would think they would treat the ones who pay their little salary with some respect but they don’t. Do yourself a favor and find a different location. Stay away!

Cubesmart in west sac is good people. Rebecca was wonderful. I had the worst self storage experience ever at Uhaul on florin road, and when I came to Cubesmart, they were the exact opposite of Uhaul — friendly, helpful, and polite. I don’t currently have any need for their services, but when I do, I will definitely go back to Cubesmart.
