Jack in the Box

Stopped in here for a quick breakfast burrito after about 9 months of no fast food. The third bite of my burrito there was a long hair, I pulled the hair out and ended up being about 9 inches long. Tossed the burrito in the trash, I will not be back.

I felt the need to make a Unilocal just to review how bad this location is ran /​managed. I live in the area so it’s one of the few late night drive-thru’s available. I’ve never had a good experience here and I’ve been several times over my 22 years of living in West Sac. I can’t think of a single time I drove away with my full order, staff is beyond rude and unprofessional, the food is even worse than the service if that’s possible. Save your money and drive down the street to In-​N-​Out.

If i could i wound give 0 stars really bad service I ordered a salad 2 tacos and fies she disnt give me my 2 tacos and i had to ask for my fies becouse she had forgotten already and she was with a really bad attitude 10÷4÷15
And it was 10:34pm when i order through the drive thrue… They need to get new ppl

Excellent Customer Service From Rene!
I entered the restaurant to grab a quick snack to go. Rene immediately greeted me and told me he would be right with me. He appeared to be handling the drive-​thru, as well as the front counter. I observed him being extremely polite to the guests on the head set, as well as they way he conversed with other employees. I thought I would point this out since it seems to be a rarity that fast food employees are polite, upbeat, and come across as enjoying their job. Thank you Rene for the superior, upbeat, and professional customer service at Jack in the Box!
I ordered the egg rolls! They were fresh, hot, crispy, and delicious!

Give of take this is fast food, however it’s not rocket science either. Every time I come I chalk it up to it’s the lunch rush and they are busy but seriously every single time I come here they mess something up in my order. Today they gave me a completely wrong order, I guess I should check my order before but again this isn’t rocket science. I don’t think I will come back to this location, I will find somewhere else eat on my lunch.

This jack in the box is not as bad as people in the reviews are making it out to be.
1. People have to remember this is a fast food place we are going to, not some 5 star restaurant.
2. The food here is not that bad i generally dont eat fast food. But ive had worst food before.
3. Customer service. Is actually pretty decent.
I will return to this location.

I’ve had quite a bit of jack and usually Im a fan in my day but this was the worst. I ordered a fajita in the drive thru and it was lunch time so I was patient with how long it took. The girl at the window apologized a lot and was nice. But when I got my food the fajita was cold. Ice cold as if it hadn’t been put on the grill at all. Completely inedible. I called to complain but no one answered. I will go to other locations but never here again.

Worst experience ever!!! We ordered a simple breakfast sandwich with no bacon. When receiving our sandwich we discovered it only had egg and cheese. Marvin– who was very rude, took the sandwich back and had the cook slap some ham on the already touched croissant. We asked to have a new one made and he replied with «we just made this one.» I will never come to this location.

I am so unhappy today with what I got today. I went thrue the drive thru and ordered Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and got a cheese burger with nothing on it. ordered two tacos and can’t eat them because they are soaked with something orange dripping and one taco got so stuck to the paper that the paper wont come off the food. I am so unhappy this was my lunch and now I have to starve well no each my plain cheese burger I did not order. Thanks a lot Jack im so upset that I spent 10.48 on food once again you got free money out of a hard working person. I WILL NOT BE BACK…

The drive thru is horrible, they take too long, and they make you drive back halfway in the drive way once you have paid, just to show that they are «fast» on their timer for the cars waiting.

The drive through cashier had us back up and sit randomly halfway between the drive-​thru ordering area and the window and when our order was ready, she motioned to us to move forward again — we asked why and she said because it would reset the motion timer, so that it looked like they were helping their customers faster. I guess we can’t expect much from a fast food joint, but it was rude. That’s not the way to «improve» your customer service score.

There’s a big sign in the bathroom that claims they check the bathrooms every hour. However when we get there there’s no toliet paper, seat covers or paper towels in any of the stalls in the womens bathroom nor the men’s bathroom! The place is empty but the management completely ignores my mom who is trying to ask for more paper. There is a line forming and no one can go to the bathroom. Finally someone comes with 2 rolls but the lady couldn’t figure out how to put it in the dispenser. Horrible service.

This jack in the box is pretty good. Just the average chain fast food joint. The employees are pretty nice, the food hot and ready quickly. Nice lobby inside, clean bathrooms. This is a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat. We love the 99 cent chicken sandwiches!

This is probably one of the best jack in the box’s I have been too ever. The staff are always really friendly and thats saying a lot for a fast food joint these days. The place was just remodeled and looks new again.

The most disorganized place I’ve ever seen. Won’t be back, jack.

WOW! might I just say how great the customer service was recently during my last visit. I don’t expect much however the customer service member, Susanna (I think) was awesome. Right from the get go she greeted me with a warm smile. It wasn’t like a fake smile either, she looked real happy to be working at her job. I even looked around and the place seemed really clean which was a plus because you never know what you might find at a fast food restaurant. It was pretty quiet in the dinning area while eating a which was good too. During my visit I saw another person come out of the back to help out with some cleaning chores in the dinning area. It seems that everyone who currently works here has a positive team mentality which needs to be mirrored more often in all restaurants whether fine dinning or fast food. Thanks Jack.

Gotta love the tacos. What I love about this Jack in the Box is the location and DT times (most of the time). You should check your order before you leave if your picky like me because they tend to mess my order up in their rush.
I love their chicken sandwiches over McDonalds because I never find that
nasty piece of fat in the patty like I do at Mcdonalds… ugh! I always end up fingering my chicken patty to find that fat piece before I eat so I dont end up gagging through my meal.
Jack in the Box also dont hassell me about how many sauces I want, gotta love that. No rise in the blood pressure!
side note: If you eat in your car in the parking lot you may see all the kitties running around waiting for you to hook em up.

Jumbo Jack!!! I wanted to order the jumbo deal since it include a jumbo jack, a taco, fries and a drink. The guy that took my order was very rude and wasn’t friendly, he have a very mean face.
I asked if they have the jumbo deal and show it to him on my phone and he said NO!!!
I got a jumbo jack anyways and order it to go. Yummy burger :)

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was dry, well past it’s holding time. And I got sick within three hours of eating it.

TWO FOR 99 CENTS. Jack in the Crack tacos are the second best fast food tacos in the world, EVER! I love how they call them tacos, when the only thing «taco» about them is the shape. Dude, tacos aren’t supposed to be filled with a meat-​like paste and then dunked in a deep-​fryer. Sure, Jack’ll throw a slice of cheese in there and toss in some lettuce, but come on, maaan! You aren’t foolin me!
Oh, don’t get me wrong! I LOVE these things. It’s all I ever get, save for the occasional burger craving. 2 for 99 cents is so awesome, I buy 4. Add some skin-​on fries and we’re in business. I think the fries actually cost more than the tacos.
Don’t say «Ew, they look disgusting! I’m gonna be sick just thinking about ‘em» until you’ve actually tried a Jack in the Crack taco. Cause you don’t know!
Oh man! What time is it? Doesn’t matter, they never close! Taco time!
