KFC

It was a big mistake to return here. I hadn’t been here in years because of bad experience last time, However, I had a craving for fried chicken and we went here for lack of another idea. Service was Horrible. The order ended up wrong, incorrect side dishes. One person ordered the Nashville Hot. While we waited for that to cook we saw the rest of our meals hanging out while they cooked the Nashville Hot. (If they are running a special on the Nashville Hot, why don’t they have it available at one of the busy times of day?) And, why fill part of the order and let it go cold while they knew it took time to cook the rest. The Nashville Hot was Hot (freshly cooked Hot) and maybe a little spicy, but everything else was lukewarm at best after sitting around for so long. The Mac and Cheese was bland… etc. etc. When I returned the wrong sides for the correct ones, the young man looked at me like I was from Mars. He took the wrong sides exchanged them for the correct and walked away without saying a word. Really? How much energy does it take to say, «Sorry, let me change that.» This was my second visit in probably three or four years. I won’t be back for the third times a charm visit…

The dirtiest place I have been in, in a very long time. Not one clean table, trash all over the floor and counters, and spilled soda. I won’t be back.

Best cashier Demmaria and Korry ever! Hooked it up! Very friendly cashier and they work as a team, since we ordered 60 pieces of chicken!

This place sucks! We waited over 30 minutes to get our food! The customer service is terrible and the food is okay. We will not be coming back to this kfc

This owner is a cheap skate! They NEVER EVER have grilled chicken ready! EVER! Then they have the nerve to ask me if I want to wait the 20 minutes! This is FAST FOOD restaurant not sit down restaurant! What really frosts my cupcakes is when they ask me to pull around and wait in their parking lot because they have a time limit on how long their customers sit in the drive thru! Their wait times are a direct reflection of their lack of preparation so why should I pull around so it looks like they are doing their job adequately?! Ridiculous!

This particular unit needs help. They are either unusually slow or get the order wrong. Perhaps more training could be useful for the entire staff.

Who yells at there customers? Very unprofesional. The lady manager should be the store manager would get way more business than they do now probably

Drive thru is poor and they run out of specials easy. Management needs better quality control at this location

The 812 West Acre Rd. West Sacramento, CA manager is so rude! He was yelling at me and not letting me explain to him fully how the drive– thru damaged my car when exiting-​tore all the paint off of my new car I just got not even two weeks ago! He kept blaming the city-​I think NOT! There is NO SIGNAGE warning people of the «Low Driveway can cause damage». If there was I would have parked and went inside to order. When I asked to speak to the owner or when he would be there he yelled even more. Then he refuse to give me the mailing address of the owner to mail a complaint-​he refused! Managers are supposed to offer sympathy and try to help and be polite to remedy the situation-​he should have apologized, taken my name and number and passed it to the owner-​not have a shouting match with me in front of customers! 0 stars! I have called the local news and an attorney to file a compliant as I am not getting anywhere with the manager MIKE.

Went through the drive through had great customer service and got all of our food freshly made and quick! No complaints definitely coming back here again!

After seeing all the bad reviews, my boyfriend & I were hesitant to come here. However, he really wanted KFC and there weren’t any closer ones around us. It didn’t affect me, because I’m not a big fan of KFC.
Anywho, once we got to this KFC, it was already after 9pm. Outside was dead! No cars or anything. I thought to myself, «Great. First bad reviews, now there really is no one here.» Later, as we were heading home, I realized how late we were there. Lol so that could have been the reason.
So right when we pulled up to the speaker, my indecisive bf asks the employee if we could have a second. He was very nice! He even told us they had a deal (14 pcs for $ 10) & that was exactly what my bf ordered since it was a great deal. We got to the drive thru & right after we paid, we got our chicken already. (At this point, I’m still on my toes because of the bad reviews) I tell my bf to check the chicken to make sure it’s not cold. He states back that it’s warm. So we left. Another Unilocaler talked about the exit dip & thank goodness for that tip! I wouldn’t want to be chasing my bumper, or worse… my bumper chasing me!
We came home & my boyfriend dug right in it. I had to try it so I could Unilocal about it. Meat was still pretty warm, but it did seem a bit old. Still much better than I thought. If I ever do crave for KFC, I will come back. The order taker was extremely nice & we were satisfied with the food. :)

This KFC is on point every time that I have ordered food for my family. We have ordered from the KFC menu as well as the A&W menu and everything has tasted great. This KFC is staffed by a lot of teenagers but they have yet to make any mistakes. You should always double check the items in your bag before pulling off from the drive thru to avoid error. I asked for sauce packets and they gave them to me by the handful. Score!

This really is the worst KFC!
They never get my order right, never give me the sides I order and the customer service lacks big time.

Why can’t I give 0 stars??? Worst KFC ever! I don’t even want to know how they managed to make original recipe chicken taste like a$$. They didn’t give me any butter or honey for my biscuits. Atrocious! The chicken didn’t look like chicken! It must’ve been dragon. It didn’t taste like chicken! Gross!

Went there the worker was rude. Had bbq sauce by his lips. Got mash bowl and they gived me no spoons or anything. Not good experience.

Worst fast food place I’ve ever been to! The cashier was slow and it almost took about 15 minutes just to order two items and then another 20 minutes to get the food and they got my order wrong twice so I had to wait even longer. The food was cold and the fries were stale. They don’t keep their ketchup and napkins out. so you have to ask for it and when you do they only give you one or two, they are very stingy with that. The floors were sticky and food was everywhere on the floor and every single table was sticky and dirty, seems like they haven’t cleaned up in there all day. The service was slow and definitely not coming here again!

This location is great and for fast food you get exactly what you expect. The people that work in the drive-​thru are super nice and pleasant. My order can sometimes be a little querky and somehow this location always manages to do it right.

I never really know how to rate a fast food spot, since the food is pretty much the same at each chain. I mean, it sure as hell isn’t fine dining, so you should kinda know what to expect right?
The people working here are nice, and I’ve never had problems with my food. A couple times, I’ve been told to pull around since they ran out of what I wanted and were working on a new batch of potato wedges, but I have no problem waiting. It’s still fast food, even if I have to wait a couple minutes. I actually appreciate that I’m not getting something that’s been sitting out.

The manager doesn’t seem to care about his customers nor the look of his restaurant. Last week they didn’t make enough original chicken or crispy. We had to wait 17 minutes if we wanted it. How do you not make enough chicken? Aren’t you a chicken place? Then I was shorted a piece. The dining area is always gross — unwiped tables, trash can full. I wish they would have another KFC in the other side of town. This place to me is a dump!
