Revolution Screening

So frustrated with this business. I would give them one star, but the products we have gotten from them have been of good quality, so I will give them credit for that. Revolution is the only business that makes pull over sweatshirts for my children’s school uniform. They are impossible to get a hold of. They do not return calls or emails. I even visited their show room in an attempt to order the the sweatshirts we desperately needed for winter, only to be told by a nice sales rep that he was new, didn’t have much experience, but would ensure the owner contact me regarding my order… That was about a month ago and still no word from them. I like to support local business, but this company is not professional.

If you don’t want to read a long review, suffice it to say our organization is happy with this company’s product and customer service and will work with them again in the future!
As a volunteer organization, we just put together what turned-​out to be a major bike race in West Sacramento; we initially went to Revolution Screening at the request of the local Chamber whom we were working with. We had never heard of them and its a very small shop, but they delivered big time.
As first time organizers we needed A LOT of help figuring out what our needs were and the owners Mike and Mark took the time to understand the event, our audience, helped with suggestions on design, and worked with us to get a lot more out of our budget than we thought possible.
But most importantly is the fact that the product they delivered — on time — was top-​notch! Several massive banners that just «popped» and looked great; many smaller ones that were sharp; drink coozies that were a favorite giveaway item; and t-​shirts that looked so good and high quality, that we sold-​out an hour before the event was over.
PLUS both of them jumped in with their bikes and raced in the race with us! I wish I could post a picture of the brothers racing together, it was great. Anyways, Thanks!
