I haven’t gotten the chance to write a review but I’m about to drop a bomb ass review for Chris Mills. My dude, he is the most awesome and helpful sprint representative I’ve ever had. In fact, it’s really hard to find great ass customer service, but you my dude! You’re bomb!
So I walked in and explained to him my situation with my phone that I currently was under with my ex bf, long story short I paid my side of the bill and he asked if I wanted to run my credit to see if I could qualify for a phone in the future on my own and I was scared and hesitant but I gave it a shot. After we ran it we talked about the iPhone 6s and all the benefits and everything, and i really needed a phone. Keep in mind, I was able to afford my own and I thought my credit was really bad, turns out I wasn’t and I sure as hell was excited about getting my own line. Again long story short, he helped me with getting my own line, getting the case and protection, his service was amazing. I walked out of there so fucking happy and I’m loving my phone. Totally writing your review with it too! Chris, you are awesome dude! I gotta hand it to you! No one there gives best customer service like you. Do work!!!

I recently just changed my service to Sprint and this store and their representatives were very friendly and helpful. Chris Mills helped me get set up and he was very friendly and fun to work with. I had unintentionally given him incorrect information that he would need in order to keep my number, which meant he had to work with me practically all day. He was very patient and friendly. I’ve never had so much fun dealing with a cell phone provider before! Highly recommend this location!

While the people who work here are nice, they are not very good. I have had nothing but problems here, from them messing up my bill to them messing up my transfer from my old phone to my new phone to them lying about promotions just to get sales. This store is convenient but I will avoid it if possible. I lost a lot of important stuff today when they messed up the transfer of my items from one phone to the other and they kept my old phone and cleared it off so there is no way to recover what I lost. When there was a promotion going when you upgraded to the Galaxy 6 and you get a free wireless charger we went here to get it. They signed us into a contract for the phone and told us we had to call sprint to get the Chargers. When we called sprint they told us they were supposed to be issued at the store and they had no way to issue them. When we went to the store they said there was nothing they could do, so we were cheated out of a 60 dollar product just so they could make some sales. When we upgraded one out other phones a separate time they put it on its own plan instead of keeping it on our current plan and then told us that it couldn’t be changed and that we would have to move all of the phones to a different more expensive plan or pay for both plans. They are very nice people but the service is horrible.

Today I went in for an upgrade and not only was i satisfied with service but all of the reps were amazing. They made sure I left the store with everything i needed. They were all very knowledgable and very friendly. Super cool environment and great customer service. I highly recommend this location. There were 4 reps on the shift and I’m sure its possible for them to get credit for this post. Please forgive me if I’m wrong, the guy who assisted my account was Caleb, and the others were Jordan, Erica, and another guy. Thank you all very much for your assistance with my new devices and also for being patient with my over hyper kids.

Provided great information and helped me to achieve what I wanted from the corporate store. Went out of his way to explain exactly what I needed to do. Billy is as thorough as it gets and I will continue to come to this store for service. It’s refreshing to deal with someone not out to sell you or take advantage of you.

My phone completely died in the morning and I needed to get a replacement quickly. I stopped in during my lunch hour hoping they could set me up quickly. Billy understood my needs and that I was on my lunch hour. He quickly, and thoroughly, walked me though my options and had me up and running sooner than I expected. He is one of those reps who talks to the customer and not AT a customer. There are other Sprint stores closer to me, but this one has my business as long as they employ people like. Billy.

Ummmm ERICA HILL WAS FREAKIN AWESOME ! Set me up within 20 minutes ! And was super nice ! Set me up with the plan that best fits me & I finally got approved with sprint after 3 years ! So happy ! Great customer service ! Set me up with insurance since I bought my phone from someone else and was very swift ! Satisfied customer !

Billy was a fantastic help and gave 100% great service. He worked fast and also helped everyone by multi tasking. He was very helpful and friendly and did a great job. I recommend everyone with sprint service to ask for billy, he’s great!

If I could give it a half star I would, even though this store deserves less than one star.
They’re horrible hands down, no other PC way to put it.
This staff is so self absorbed with their own conversations and phones to give you any attention when you walk through the door. Then once you try to get your problem resolved (with Sprint there is always a problem), they interrogate you like you’re the problem with the phone.
My wife recently went in for an issues with the phone, they finally order her one. We go to pick it up, should be a simple transfer phone to phone, right? No … no no no not at this place. We were there for over 2 hours! 2 HOURS.
But wait! there’s more!
My wife brings back her ‘new’ phone within a couple of days and points out people can’t hear her when she calls them («oh it’s just lint») … no you phuckin idiots it is not just lint.
We spend a good $ 2,000 a year for a shitty ass company where the service isn’t the even close to being good, and to top it off anyone on the phone or in this store (768 Ikea Ct.) are the rudest mother F’ers around.

This sprint store is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. I made an appointment last Saturday to get my phone (samsung galaxy 2) fix because the battery wasn’t charging and my phone wasn’t powering on and I told them. The guy that was helping me seemed like he din’t know what heck he was doing. He didn’t even know how to power on my phone and so he had to asked his other co-​worker. So I left my phone there and a few hours later I came back and they said that they have to order me a new phone and I said Ok. I asked if they needed my number to contact me when my phone arrives and they said no and not to worry because they have it on file or they could look up my account and call me from there and I said ok. Its been almost a week and haven’t heard from them and every time I call no-one’s pick up. I finally got someone on the phone today and the girl told me there’s many phones that came in, but there was no contact numbers for them to call and what do you know my freaking phone came in a couple of days ago, but been sitting there. I was like what??? My phone came in few days ago and nobody called? She said because it was under a no contact list and so they couldn’t call and I was like I asked you 5 times if you needed my number to call me when my phone arrives and you guys said no because you can look it up on my account. WTFFFFF… She laughed it off and said we’re sorry, but it was on the no contact list… Really??? Sprint Corporate needs to come down and re-​train these damn ppl.

Very disappointed got so much wrong information through this store. That I had to call customer care and go through multiple employees and find exactly what information I’m looking for.

Not pleased. Been to the store twice. It’s always busy. Didn’t even get greated while walking in. Just stood around for more then 30min without anyone notifying me how long the wait will be. The sales man didn’t know what he’s talking about. I over heard he’s conversation to another customer regarding there contracts didn’t want to be rude and interpret and make him feel look bad so I kept my mouth quite. The reason being close by is the only reason I went by. But was worthless because they couldn’t answer my question. Responds was idk ask the other reps. They always have customers waiting around with very limited staff. And the staff have very less knowledge.

I think I’ll go to this store while on a lunch break if I need anything from Sprint. Reason being, the ones close to home are just terribly busy… or just plain terrible.

The reviews generally are more for customer service rather than cell service. Being a Sprint customer for the longest time, I’ve had both positive and negative experiences.
The cheap unlimited Everything Family Plan has always been the reason I’ve stayed a customer but the data speeds are really lacking.
4G/LTE…will we ever see it in Sacramento region? Even now, there are still large pockets that have 0 – 1 bar of service, all within minutes of any major freeway…10 minutes from downtown Sacramento in any direction. There needs to be updates for the network towers here.

I am very pleased with the service I received at the Sprint store this weekend!
I went in to check out the competition, having been with AT&T for over 6 years I was curious about my options.
I was promptly greeted by their staff, a few girls and a guy (the manager).
They were very professional and always had an answer to any of my questions. If they weren’t 100% sure, they double checked and made sure I was given accurate information. The staff was very patient with me as I toggled between the iPhone and Galaxy phones.
I didn’t even have the intention of switching over that day, but with the knowledge of the staff and the money I saved switching plans (and off the phones!) made the switch an easy decision.
I left feeling confident in my purchase and switching my family over to Sprint and my family feels the same. We left happy, laughing and on a first name basis. Cody, Liz, Hollie and Shay were just gems! And the technician Edward definitely eased my fears of switching to a smart phone by showing me how to work my new Galaxy! I’ll definitely be bugging these guys and gals for help on my phone and I’ll send over all my friends to be taken care of by this Sprint store. I would recommend EVERYONE come on by and experience what REAL customer service looks like!
