Came in the other day and francesca helped me and my stepdaughter out, she answered my questions about price and devices etc. We came back because I had gotten stuck the SIM card on my boyfriendsphone, not only did francesca(luckily she was the one who took care of us again :)) was able to get the darn thing out of the phone but she also transfer all of his contacts and phone info to the new phone. Great salesman and great customer service! Don’t change!

I was a T-Mobile customer for about 7 years, and only switched because husband wanted to get a phone they didn’t offer and I’m not that particular. After trying all three other major companies since, I am so glad to be back in the welcoming arms of T-Mobile! Came in to switch from AT&T and to get a new iphone6+ for husband. All 4 working staff were really friendly without being pushy, and obv, my android shirt was a hit :) the store was out of the 6+, so one of the staff drove to a nearby location to pick one up for us. While waiting, we chatted about our different phones and experiences with the lollipop upgrade(the staff know things! About products they sell! What an amazing contrast from, say, Best Buy). You really can’t beat the prices, the changes they make for customers(no contracts, rollover data), and I have never had anything but great customer service with the company, and this store is no exception. Rock on, T-Mobile! Great experience all around!

Would have been five stars for the good attitude that I received on October 21st when having sim card cut for a iphone from one of the ladies. If I could give two reviews I would but unfortunately this is the same location so I have to settle for two because the negative 4 star rating would be for the man with the gauges that I dealt with yesterday. I had to return a charger that cost 21 $ because it operated defectively. When I stated my reason for return after a long wait the man with no name tag and gauges forced me to give more personal reasons for returning the charger other than the fact that the phone was unable to function on the charger. I had to end up telling him I needed funds since I was a college student and i couldn’t afford to spend lavishly. He also began saying judgmental assumptions about how I would end up buying another lightening cable for 30 $ instead. I felt furious but chose to be polite and kind because I wanted to get it over without a fuss.(I did not buy a new charger, apple was kind enough to send an authentic one that charged perfectly). In conclusion this employee was a complete jerk who assumed I didn’t know he was treating me poorly.

These people are so sweet and helpful when they want to take your money. As soon as you have a problem they give you the run around and do nothing to help. I’m still in awe of how I could receive such crappy customer service after spending nearly $ 700 on a phone. Perhaps it’s time to change companies.
