Run by a very unpleasant lady. They are located next door to a popular breakfast spot in a small plaza. She parked her car blocking in two other cars while she unloaded her trunk. I asked her if she’d like my spot indicating if she’d let me out she could pull into a prime spot in front of her shop. She said she had to unload her car. The other car who was being blocked in also wanted to leave and asked her if she would move her car, to which she replied«when I’m done.» I couldn’t imagine voluntarily engaging in a conversation with this person. If you can’t convince her to roll her car back five feet I doubt you can haggle with her to get a deal.

I visited the location in West Seneca. As I was waiting for my items to be appraised I noticed a sign on the door that said«Lisa’s world… adjust to it». At first I thought it was comical. After Lisa had stepped out of her office to speak to me, I had realized that it wasn’t a joke! I can’t even call her a lady, so I will say that girl, is extremely abrasive and lacks character and class. She was rude and the only thing that came out of her mouth was vomit. Never again will I patron this location nor any of there locations for that matter. I wouldn’t even give this place one star but you have to chose something on here.

Don’t waste your time. The shop is called«Pawn-It» yet the worker told me they only pawn on «very large amounts of gold». The place looks like they took a garage sale, put it inside, and then covered it in dust. To be honest, I wouldn’t leave my valuables there if they offered.
