Walked in without appointment, stylist Liz delayed her lunch break to cut my hair. No waiting.
She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut, just right! No pressure selling,
but offered services and products in which I showed an interest. Invited me to join
their club to earn free future services and/or products… I did. Service price was reasonable
but I think the product (hair spay) was high priced even with a 25% discount. Surroundings
were utilitarian, not especially comfortable, and should be updated which would make a
better impression. BUT, I am very satisfied with the haircut, which is, after all, what I
went in for.
