Their hand held brushes and high tech machinery consistently fail to clean the area of the driver side and passenger side windows near the side view mirrors and also, never can they achieve a clean rear window on my Ford Explorer !

We always used to go to Russell Speeders down the road. This week, my daughter was very thoughtful in her choice of when, during our drive, to throw up all over herself and her car seat — right in front of CT Auto Spa! We pulled in and I attempted to clean her and her car seat with the package of wet wipes I had in the car. It was not going well so I asked a customer who pulled in next to me to go in for me and ask if I could buy some paper towels. They came out with towels but offered to sanitize her car seat so it wouldn’t smell and be gross for her to have to get back into. Frank was incredibly kind, and the nice woman who was working the front desk (did not get her name) even took my daughter for a little walk while Frank worked. I cannot say enough about how kind they were and how much easier they made that tough morning for me! We’re going back for a full detail because my car is way overdue prior to the vomit incident. I will update after but wanted to put up this review to thank them for their kindness. Her car seat smells great!

Just good value for the price. It’s that simple. The main competition, Russell Speeder’s, has let us down time and again with less attention to detail and higher costs.
I am willing to pay more if I get more, but CT Auto Spa is more for less, and you gotta love an underdog business like that.

Outstanding job! Left car to be detailed, looked like new when we picked up, scratches even gone. Cheapest around PLUS coupon. Pleasant crew, care about good service. We’ll be back.

My car front windshield was still dirty after going there. Bird crap and dead bugs are still on it. They did not scrub at it with brushes. The front of my car still has dead bugs on it as well. Avoid this place. I will not be back. I will drive a little further down the road and get my car cleaned better.

This place was closed for a long time and they deserved to be run out of business, the new owners have ut in a lot of $$. the exterior wash are clean and efficient. My only issue is they do not offer full service, no Biggie, I can go to the other one down the street. The all you can wash for a flat fee per month is a good feature. This joint is automated so they should be able to open longer hours than the other place down the street. also seems to be a women owned and operated place, so i will try to give them my business as much as i can
