The staff is very friendly to say the least, no complaints there. They accommodate you!
However, when we got there they gave us a smoking room, and the box spring part of the bed (which did not have a dust ruffle) was stained with a dark red substance, which looked like blood (?!) and then the top of the bed post was broken in half! The room was grungy and I refused to sleep there.
Mark complained it was smoking and unacceptable, so they gave us a room, and that room was like it was in a different hotel!!! It was clean and nice, but also closer to the office. So we are thinking the closest to the office the nicer, since less bull crap could go on. So if you go here and look for a cheap hotel, make sure you ask for non smoking and closer to the office. Otherwise, you will be in for a surprise.
