I had an awful experience with an LG TV purchased at Best Buy. Well not so awful thanks to LG setting up repair service from Mid Valley. A potentially bad situation was turned into a good one. I got a 4K TV for an excellent price but the WIFI stopped working after 10 minutes! I called LG they sent Mid Valley out and now my TV is fixed. MID VALLEY SAVED THE DAY! my repairman LUIS was AWESOME and the customer service was great!

Mid Valley TV and Electronics is amazing! Not only are they at least 150 $ cheaper than EVERY OTHER PLACE I called but Daisy in the office went above and beyond anything I expected. She gave me the number to an actual person at LG and helped me get my warranty extended. Then Ed came over to do the repair. He is extremely kind, professional and helpful. The whole repair took about 20 min and it came out better than I expected! This is the ONLY repair shop in town that you should use. Quick, kind, cheaper than every one else, professional and all around awesome! I would give 10 Stars if I could!

I had my LG television for only a couple of months when the display went out. I called LG and they stated that the servicer in my area was Mid-​Valley TV.
The representatives at Mid-​Valley TV were more than willing to accommodate my schedule as I work during normal business hours. They arranged for the technician to come to my house and fix the TV at 6 in the evening as that was my preferred time.
It took a total of 2 phone calls and one visit to my house for them to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and repair my television.
I was very pleased with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend them!

They start off by saying they have texted me… Um, no you haven’t.
Not a positive way to start a conversation.
They weren’t interested in having me obtain my phone records.
They were due here, (the appointment was verified by LG for a aTV repair), but they never called or TEXTED me to let me know they weren’t coming.
Then they state they are waiting on parts… they haven’t even seen the TV yet. So which is it, waiting on parts, or you texted me?

After only 14 months our 47″ LG TV started developing dark cloudy spots on the screen. LG Customer Service was awesome and offered to replace the panel even though it was out of warranty. We were referred to Mid Valley TV and Electronics for the repair service.
From the initial contact to the final repair, Mid Valley TV and Electronics was fantastic! Daisy in the office was professional and efficient. The technicians that came out to our home in Oceanside (North San Diego County) were very polite, respectful of our home, and extremely competent at making the repair. The technicians were meticulous, removed all of the packing material, and even made sure our swivel chairs were put back exactly where they were originally, leaving no trace.
I’m an electrical engineer, and also have a home service business. I appreciate skilled technicians who work hard and are on time, and who respect my home. Seldom do we come across such conscientious service people.
The TV now works like new! We are very impressed with LG Customer Service and their partners at Mid Valley TV and Electronics.

I am having some issues with my 10 month old LG tv. After multiple calls with the LG customer support line (they suck too btw), they finally said they would have someone come out to look at my television. LG says they will send out a certified LG repair company and mentions Mid Valley TV and Electronics. Being the inconvenient people that they are, LG mentions that I am only allowed to set up and confirm appointments 3 days in advance.
Since like most normal people, I have a job and cannot be there on a weekday from 8 am to 12 pm, I made an appointment for the following Saturday and was told to call the 3 days before to confirm my appointment.
Jump to today, when I call to confirm my appointment:
Mid Valley TV: «Sorry but according to your file you did not confirm with any of the phone messages we left you so your appointment has been terminated».
Me: «I’m sorry, what phone messages. what file?»
Mid Valley TV: «We left you numerous messages confirming your appointment and you never called back»
Me:” Um. I have no clue what you are taking about… I am pretty sure you guys never called me“
Mid Valley TV: «The file says we did, you will need to speak to a LG supervisor»
Wow.just like that huh? Considering that I rearranged and inconvenienced 3 other people I am going on vacation with all for this stupid appointment… I am pretty sure I would react to a phone call from you Mid Valley TV.
Bottom line: I NEVER received a single message from these people. Not a missed call, not a phone message, not an email. And what makes me even more upset is that they had no apologies, no way of rectifying the situation. they just threw me back over to LG. Granted it is a stupid tv… its not THAT big of a deal… But my time is precious… and they completely wasted it.
Bad service, unprofessional and not proactive. Stay away.
