Very rude and nasty management. Very poor service not even worth a star, greeted so poorly never got to try any food !!!

Everytime I go here its always hit and miss but this recent experience was horrible. We sat down and the server took 8 minutes to even come greet us. Okay no problem. We order and it takes a while to get our food. When it finally comes out my entrée I ordered was cold. The server came back around to check on us about 20 minutes later! I just asked for a box so I can heat it up at home. This place lacks customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone!

Went there on 12÷12÷15 at about 930 pm. Restaurant was only about ½ full at best, but still had to wait at least 5 min as no tables had been bussed. The hostess actually cleared the table for us. We wanted a few drinks. The bartender had no idea how to make a Cosmo, or any of their house margaritas. Was more interested in watching sports than actually doing his job. Won’t be back.

Great burger! First time having the smokehouse burger and it was excellent. Never had onion rings inside a burger but this was great! Really good service at the bar. She was friendly and hospitable. Bartender suggested an oreo milk shake. Best I’ve ever had. Service was excellent especially compared to the same level I get in California. Mandatory stop when I come here now.

My family loves Chile’s but it’s a hit n miss with getting good food/service. One time it will be on point and other times I wonder why I continue to come to this location(the only reason being I live about 5min away) but I haven’t seen that in quite a while! I think this will be my last being its 85 degrees outside and I’m served drinks with NO ice! Food seemed thrown together as well!

I don’t know why I end up here 3 or 4 times a year. It’s never a GREAT experience. It just is. It exists. Sort of like how MySpace still exists. It’s not necessarily a good or a bad thing, but it’s there. That’s basically how I feel about Chili’s. I try to avoid it for the most part, but sometimes the stars align, and your with a group of people with kids, and sushi just doesn’t make sense.

I hate this Chili’s. This is, by far, the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Worst customer service ever. Every single time I’ve gone there, the waiter never checks up on us. Our drinks are brought out & the waiter never comes back to check if we need refills. There was one time when I was served a dish that was hot & there was a plate under. When I lifted the top plate, the plate under was dirty. Like it hadn’t been washed from the last customer that used it. The wait for the food is forever long. Overall, it’s a bad experience. They’re lucky that their cookie pizookies are FIYAH, otherwise I wouldn’t go back ever. I had coworkers go to Chili’s as well. Funny this I warned them that they would receive horrible customer service. Best believe that when they came back from lunch, they were irritated and annoyed.

Let me preface this by saying that I very RARELY give out 1 star reviews. For the most part, I am a very patient and understanding person and I try my hardest to find at least one positive thing to review. I’ve been to this location a dozen times and have tried and tried each time to find something positive, and just can’t seem to. I went there last night and had one of the worst dining experiences of my life. After being sat at our table and the hostess told us who our server would be, we were ignored for a good 10 minutes. Mind you, it was not busy. I’ve been a server so I understand that there are times where you get so busy that some tables may have to wait a bit longer. However, there were only 5 tables when we got there,(between 2 servers), and most appeared to be finishing up. After our waitress finally came over and took our appetizer and drink orders(we all got cocktails and waters), she checked our ID and told us that they have a 2nd check policy and that someone would be right over to look at our ID’s. That’s not a problem at all, I get that Utah has crazy liquor laws in a restaurant. The problem I have is that it took another 15 minutes just for some dude to come make sure our ID’s weren’t expired. Our appetizers came out… still no drinks, not even water, nor had she been back to the table to take our dinner orders. After flagging her down, she said, «Oh, he didn’t bring you waters? Let me check on that.» Before she could walk away, I informed her that we still needed to order our entrees and she looked a little confused. Yes, we actually went there to do more than eat some chips and salsa… call me crazy. After about 45 minutes from the time we sat down, we finally got our cocktails, the waters followed a few minutes later. After our food FINALLY came out(mind you, we had been there for over an hour at this point), the gal delivering the food didn’t know what anything was… she ended up staring at a plate for a few seconds, then holding it up and saying«Who had… this thing.» She also had her finger on one of the burgers as she was handling it. Not a big fan of that. Food-wise: the appetizers really weren’t all that bad. I did really like the southwestern egg rolls, but not enough to make this trip worth it. For my entrée I got a guacamole turkey burger — the picture on the menu made my mouth water… the burger I received made my heart sad. It wasn’t appealing to look at, was chewy and soggy to eat. Bleh. Drink-wise: I got a blueberry and pineapple margarita. It wasn’t worth the $ 10 it cost. There was so much sweet and sour in it that my eyes watered a bit. Now we get to what I wish I could say was the end of this awesome dinner, but we still had to pay. The waitress asked how we wanted our bill split up — we told her that we would like to all pay for our own meals and drinks, and then split the appetizers between four of us. After a few confusing questions on her end, she seemed to understand and walked away. Then we waited. And waited. Once she decided to bring us our bill, she had split all of our meals and drinks correctly, but had a completely separate bill for the appetizers. Explaining to her for a 4th or 5th time that we wanted to split the apps between the four of us, she got a little huffy and told us that it wasn’t possible. Whatever. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this location. I do like Chili’s food, but the service makes it damn-near impossible to enjoy.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of doubt; however, I am very disappointed. I’m sitting here waiting for me kid’s food as I am typing! My margarita chicken was not fully cooked. Finally, got my chicken and still, the kid’s food aren’t here. Not a happy camper. The manager came with the food and apologized about the situation. He didnt charged foe the kids meal and he also didnt charge for the margarita chicken. I do appreciate him handling the matter; however, the service was already damaged when the food wasn’t served to the kids which should be first priority.

Sat ourselves in the bar and it took 15 minutes for someone to even greet us let alone clean off the disgusting food from the previous customer. Ordered queso and received a gross watered down version of the queso I’ve been ordering for years. Ordered crispy chicken tacos and the chicken was not even hot enough to melt the cheese, let alone make it warm. Ordered the skillet queso and it was so over cooked I could pick it up in one piece. Had to complain to the manager and it took another 15 min to bring a new one out and it was just as hard and over cooked as the first one. Completely unsatisfied with my visit!!! Only thing that was decent about my visit was my server had a positive personality. Other than that, poor quality restaurant compared to any other chilis I have EVER been too. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Waste of money!!!

Went in last night for dinner in the bar. We asked if they had Pendletons Whiskey and the waitress said they had it on tap. Lol. She had no clue of what wine she served, we ordered an appetizer that was delivered right when our dinner was delivered. All out good except one hamburger was ice cold. What a horrible experience, we won’t be back.

Horrible. Food wasn’t cooked tried to tell someone, no one came so we had to go find the manager, took him about 5 mins to come. Then he didn’t really even care well what do you want a new plate or just a new chicken breast. Really

This place is very lacking in customer service. Walking in all the place but the bar was closed. 8 customers and 5 employees working the floor. I was greeted well and asked for my drink order. Was looking forward to a triple margarita. Never got it. 12 minutes later and after watching 7 other customer walk in and 5 get drinks I decided to leave. They obviously have a locals pecking order in this place. I figured waiting over 12 minutes to get a drink I would be an old man before I got any food. This is not a restaurant I would currently recommend.

Well like always its Chili’s. You cant expect the greatest food in the world. But it does the job when you are hungry. It was lunch time so I did my soup, salad and chips and salsa. Good soup, crisp salad and over salted chips. I. can’t complain when this is always consistent and what I expect. I will back again soon I am sure.

I got take out here and when I went to pick it up the guy who rang me up complained out loud as I was leaving that I didn’t tip. Tip him for what? Grabbing my bag of food and ringing me up? The 40 seconds we spent in awkward silence? If anything, the online ordering should ask if I want to tip the cooks directly! And I don’t care for the break down of tips from any former servers, thanks. This location desperately needs new management, unless the current management works for tips and that’s why corporate keeps them

This place just disappoints more after each time info there. Order never comes out right! At least this time it was clean. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I rarely visit chilis anymore because I find their food sub par. Go when you need a place to hang with friends and pick the 2 for $ 20. That’s about all its good for these days.

A friend and I wanted a drink before a comedy show at nearby Wiseguys. We chose Chili’s because it is practically next door and because I like their chips and salsa. And while we probably should have skipped dinner… we fell victim to their 2 for $ 20 deal. It really is a bargain though considering you pay $ 20 for 2 entrees and a shared appetizer. The price doubles after taxes, drinks, and a tip but a decent deal nonetheless. I ordered the 6 oz. steak medium and it came out fine. Nobody should confuse Chili’s for a high end steakhouse but remember you aren’t paying high end steakhouse prices either.

Okay, so I just finished eating and the person I am with ordered the same house salad. There was what looked like a dead moth on the plate(picture attached). We advised the waiter and showed him what we found. He offered to take the charge for that salad off the bill. he ended up telling us that he did tell the manager(never heard from a manager) and we left. I would have thought the manager would at least come out and offer an apology, but got nothing. Good luck if you order a salad, And if you here a crunch while chewing, I hope it was a croûton. BTW, if a manager had come out and spoke with us, I probably would not have posted this!
