Supercuts

They do a nice cut. But people who work there should have a welcoming attitude. As if they’re to lazy or mad to cut ur hair. Not a welcoming feeling whatsoever. Twice I’ve been here. And it’s never a nice attitude.

Other than the above, this location was pretty good to me! I was told it’d be an hour wait on the phone, but luckily, it turned into 5 minutes when I got there. The girl who took care of me made sure my hair was nice and professional — complete with a part (think suave and sophisticated if you’d like — cause I do).
All in all, this is the closest (and open on weekends when I actually have time) place to get my haircut! I will definitely be back. and on the prowl for «the one that gave a good cut.»

I took my son in today for a cut and chose this place because it had good reviews… I would have given this place a higher rating but to me, the way people treat you is most certainly a big part of the experience. The older blonde woman who gave my 8 year old son a cut was not very nice. She had an angry look on her face the entire time we were there! Even when my son made pleasing sounds as she wiped his neck after the cut with a warm towel. The cut was good enough but I will never go back. She sounded surprised when I gave her a decent tip almost as if she didn’t expect me to tip her at all or something. I tipped her for the due because it was a good cut and I work for tips myself so I try to be fair as karma visits us all, but I will never go back. Not worth feeling unwelcome because people are having their own issues and can’t set them aside while their at work. It could have been a great experience but the treatment was awful.

There’s a certain expectation when going to a Supercuts: It will either be terrible or very very good. Went for a trim as my hair is getting kind of long.
I was real fortunate this time as Maddie did a simple cut and hair wash. I was impressed with her rapport and her fun, bubbly style! She listened and delivered. I tend to keep my hair in layers, because of the thicker texture and longer frame. Her cut really complimented my expectations. I left a happy camper. This place is primo in terms of locale (close to work and Starbucks, my two big weekday passions), so I will be back soon! Thanks for the great service!
