The district manager, Brad, called me after I emailed the corporate office regarding this experience. He is contact with the store manager and will be taking care of the issues that have arisen at this location. He apologized immensely, thanked me for the feedback and put points on my reward card for a future order. I hope to put a new review in for this location once I am brave enough to return.

I don’t even want to give a star. The staff has an awful attitude and told I couldn’t be credited back for several weeks. It’s 2015. It should credited back my in 24 – 48 hours like a normal business. The girl couldn’t handle my question me handed off to someone who was even more rude then he was. Get it together and give me my money back.

I really want to like this place. The food is NEVER consistent. Ordered a couple weeks ago. Chowder was awesome. Meatball sub was perfect. Ordered the same thing tonight. It was all BAD! Way to much sauce. I literally had to soak it up with paper towel. Some genius cut the bread on both sides so it was basically raining marinara sauce out the bottom. Chowder was way to thin and VERYBLAND. Also they forgot to give me a spoon. I also don’t understand the staff at this place. There always screwing around talking crap about everyone they work with. Its like high school for dropouts. They also look at you like your insane when you walk thru the door. Very unorganized kitchen. Managers really need to step it up and be MANAGERS!!! NOQUALITYATALL. I would expect more for almost 17 dollars. I’ll go to Coventry from now on.

This D’Angelo has gotten better over the years. I remember a few years ago the workers were so rude and unprofessional that I left to go to the Cov. location. After going in today everything was overall not too bad. Service was decent and most importantly my order was correct and delicious. I think I’ll go back to this D’angelos in the future.

I stopped in here and forgot how much they charge. There are too many other options, local Mom & Pop places. I will not be back. It was open and on the way, that is my only excuse.

Why must you be so expensive? Decent hot food just way over priced. But for a hot sandwhich would rather go here than subway it is good.
