Brian is amazinggggggg!!! He listens and makes sure I am comfortable with the amount of pressure he is putting on my back. He gives helpful advice. Took a star because the first time I came in with a Groupon and the lady who massage me was awful and a waste of my time. Thank god she’s not there anymore but it would of been nice if I’ve received a free massage or a credit or something.

This was about my 4th or 5th massage with Brian today. I’m telling you… If you need a deep tissue massage he is your guy. I had a bad headache the past few days(they come from the tension in my neck and shoulders) and it is already starting to go away.

Fantastic massage. I got an 80 minute massage with Hamid and it was great. Hamid is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would highly recommend him to sort out any knots or crinks you may have.

I was hesitant to try this place because of the few reviews… but I saw a groupon for it and have been looking for a new massage therapist since moving to Princeton. Pros: Very clean from reception room to treatment room Quiet…nice spa music Chocolate after the massage(!) Monthly discounted program if you want regular massages Cons: None that I can think of(honestly) People might shy away from this place because massage franchises tend to have iffy talent when it comes to therapists. Don’t be fooled… my therapist(Danielle) was incredibly knowledgeable and found all my knots. She even gave me a little paper at the end with my trouble spots and the recommendations we talked about. Reception was very friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. Also, I will say that the post-massage chocolate was a very nice touch :) I’m excited to go back to Danielle again or try another talented therapist if she’s booked(receptionist says she books up quickly!)

I got a Groupon for an 80 minute full body massage. Showed up for my appointment my standard compulsive 15 minutes early and was warmly greeted by the receptionist. Had a few forms to fill out, then gave me some literature about their«Wellness Program» which entitles you to discounted massages for a monthly fee. There was no hard sell here, just a pamphlet and a, «feel free to ask if you have any questions.» Good start. My massage therapist, Lorraine, came out to get me ten minutes early, another nice plus. We went back to the massage room, which was slightly Spartan, yet still relaxing. The obligatory«massage/spa» music was piped in gently and the lights were all dimmed to appropriate dorm room meaning of life discussion levels. Lorraine went over my paperwork, complaints, medical history and expectations for the session, then left me to get comfortable and prepare for the massage. The massage itself was spot on perfect. I don’t get a massage for relaxation/finding my inner chi or any other New Age reasons. I have had some significant back issues throughout my life which lead to fairly constant muscle and joint pain. I’m looking for a therapist to find those trigger points and break them up, and Lorraine did just that, while still making the session pleasant and comfortable as opposed to a medieval interrogation session I have sometimes received while getting«sports massage.» Lorraine said her friends call her a, «knot-seeking missile,» and my experience would agree with that. She instinctively and without any direction found my biggest trouble points and effective kneaded, pressed and prodded them away. Bravo! When the session was over, I redressed while Lorraine went and got me some water, then we debriefed how the session went(spoiler alert: there was a lot of praise for me). Also, while dressing, a basket on the shelf had some chocolate, a mint, and a small envelope for gratuities, a nice touch that eliminates the awkward how do I give you your tip dance that we all know and hate. I was walked back to the lobby where the receptionist settled up my bill(Groupon didn’t cover tax), and I was also given the opportunity to leave a tip via credit card. I had already tipped cash, but it’s nice to know the option exists. Finally I was given a card that Lorraine had filled out indicating my trouble spots and was invited to make another appointment. Again, no hard sell here, which was a welcome change from so many spas where you feel the tension immediately start to creep back in after the session from fighting the sales pitch. If you’re looking for a local massage parlor, this place seems like a pretty good bet. There’s a $ 49 special for new clients to try out a 55 minute massage, and if you can find a Groupon it’s even better. Regular rates shoot up to $ 89 and $ 129 for non-members after that(I’m not sure what the monthly fee for the Wellness Program is). I’m normally not a fan of chain spas, but this place is more than a few steps above Hand & Stone or Massage Envy in my experience. The price is a bit prohibitive for me to return too regularly, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had a full body massage — it was truly amazing! Robin was excellent. My daughter had a reflexology massage(hands and feet) and she absolutely loved her experience as well
