Really excellent staff in the office, always there to assist with any concerns or questions. From the 1st time using this storage location we have always been more then happy with everything. From security, to cleanliness, to knowing they have cameras and also have someone monitoring the location in some way. Highly recommend anyone we know using this facility. Keep up the great job!

After doing a lot of research on storage units in my area, I chose Uncle Bob’s for their rates and their location, and I’m so glad that I did! Their staff are extremely friendly and professional. I used the free moving truck on my move-​in day and was thankful to have the opportunity to do so.
There was an instance when I went to my storage unit one time where I noticed there was a different lock on my door… panicked and confused, I hurried to the main office where the woman told me they had a company installing new doors and that everyone was getting a new lock. They returned my lock to me and provided the new one with two keys free of charge, and the new doors are a big improvement for the units.
Overall, I’m very impressed with this business and would recommend them to anyone!
