I had Wilcox install a new Air conditioner Unit. Great communication from the quote through the installation. Installed when promised. Their employees were courteous and answered all my questions. They cleaned up as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had Wilcox for my fuel oil delivery, furnace cleaning and air conditioning needs for twenty years. They have always done a fi né job. Just recently I had them remove my old oil furnace and air conditioner and install a new propane unit and air conditioner. The job was done neatly and professionally and I am happy I made the change to propane and with Wilcox

We have used Wilcox for over 20 years. We are very satisfied customers. Their employees are courteous and knowledgable. They answer all my questions.
We lost heat during a sub zero night. Within hours of an emergency call they were out to the house and their technician solved the problem.
We regularly get our furnace cleaned, we do budget payments and lock in our rate and delivery has never been an issue.

We have used Wilcox for nearly two years. Service has been very reliable and quite responsive. The one issue we had with the Furnace they addressed quickly and professionally, and the annual tune up has clearly kept the furnace and hot water system in good shape. I was surprised to see the negative review; our experience is completely different and positive. Fred C

I am very disappointed with the billing and customer service related to my oil delivery service. I requested very clearly what my needs were. My payments were applied to services I didn’t ask for and when checking what I was billed for I feel I was over charged for that. I am employed in a customer service company. There might be someone that is trained in customer service, but I didn’t find them. I therefore can NOT recommend this company.
