Their service is poor because they only have one waiter and she is not very nice. Table was soaking wet when we sat on it and when we tried to bring it to her attention. She chose to do absolutely nothing about it and ignored it. Then when we asked why the water was taking too long, she retorted, in the only one here having to do everything. Perhaps it’s the owner’s fault. They should

:This place should close. Workers can now wear street clothe? Waiting staff? Yeah. We waited a very long time, just to have another table that got her after the two of us, get served first. The place no longer seems as clean as it used to be. Bottom line, for me, this place sucks.

What can i say pizza hut has loss its flair i remember back in the day when pizza hut was the best. This location was dirty cramped and the service was horrible.

We like Pizza Hut. Well, we were around the area looking for something to eat. We were thinking of a pizza & Pizza Hut came into our mind so we decided to stop by this location. There’s nothing spectacular or anything bad about this location. Everything from the décor, the food, & the service, they were just like any other Pizza Hut. If we happen to be around the area, we would probably stop by again.

Came here for carry out on a Tuesday night. Was told my pizza would be ready by 9:03. It came out at 9:30. Disappointed, Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut is one of my favorites and we come here often. Every time we come there is only ever one server working. This last visit in particular was terrible. The server barely ever communicated to us. At all. The food took about 40 minutes to come, and so did our appetizer. The server never once apologized for the service. In my opinion, you can make up for shitty service by communicating with your customers about issues going on and apologizing. We understand it’s often times not the servers fault, it’s the kitchen. But this girl was just plain rude and didn’t care one bit. And to be perfectly honest there was no reason for such crappy service, as it was the middle of the day and there were only about 3 other tables. One guy next to us got up and left because he was waiting so long for the sever to come back and take his order and she never did. And I’m no Pizza Hut expert but I’m pretty sure this food comes frozen and pre-​made and you just heat it up and serve it so how hard can it be? But what do I know. This visit was just a mess. I’ve come on busier nights and gotten in and out of the restaurant in a quicker time than it took for our food to come this time. In my opinion, this place either needs to become 100% sit down or 100% take out. Because this in between thing with one server on duty at all times is not working for them. We understand how corporations are with budgets and not being able to staff the desired amount of employees, but there is no excuse on a slow afternoon. It’s just a disregard for any respect by the server to the customers. Have had better servers in the past. However also anytime time we come in there is never a hostess at the hostess booth by the front door. One of the waitresses always comes over to us after about 5 minutes of aimlessly standing there to seat us. We normally overlook things like this because as I said, we do understand how working in retail and food service works and sometimes you’re short-​staffed. But after this negative experience it’s definitely another annoyance in the visit. Again they need to decide if they want to be a sit down place or a take out place because the in between is not working for them at all. Some places do it successfully but not this one. Definitely going to other locations from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE. The «manger» Pawan is a tool, no customer setting skills at all. Horrible food, jacked up my order and did nothing to correct it. Just don’t go.

Ordered pizza an hour and a half early, came in and waited an additional 40 minutes. Definitely needs improvement on time organization.

the pizza here is okay, expected of a Pizza Hut. not amazing, but not disgusting. the lack of customer service is astonishing; we didn’t get waited on until 25 minutes after we got in. overall the experience here okay.

I like this location, it’s not terrible and gets the job (feeding me pizza) done.
My first impression when I walked in was that this location smells funny. Not bad– but it smells like someone’s house. I can’t explain it any further than that– but getting the place to smell more like pizza, or nothing at all would be ideal. The smell initially bothers me, but I get used to it once I get seated.
The service I’ve experienced has been friendly and efficient. However– there’s usually only one server for the entire restaurant (the space is quite small). This leads to some difficulties getting attention from the server– since they’re typically overloaded.
The food itself is great– hot and tasty pizza and wings. They don’t go wrong there.
Overall– this is an ok spot to get your Pizza Hut fix!

Decent pizza (for a corporate chain).
The chicken wings are also good (on par with Buffalo Wild Wings in my opinion).
But the low rating is more about the service.
When you order online you’re given a «countdown» as to when your pizza will be ready. THE CLOCK IS FOR SHOW ONLY!
Unlike Dominos or Papa Johns that give you a real-​time countdown, when you order thru
the website automatically posts a 15-​minute countdown that has nothing to do with how long your order actually takes to fill! My 15 minute countdown turned into 30.
Other than that the food is decent.

The clerk who was Spanish helped two groups of Spanish non English speaking people before us. Messed up our order of pepperoni pizza and didn’t giver the extra sauce I paid for. Racist place and bad food. I’m talking about the Westbury location. And one of the people making the pizza had a huge gross uncovered herpes sore on her lip and it was so nasty and they didn’t open the buffet bc only twenty people there which is why I came

came here on a sunday better service then a friday night ordered a stuffed crust w peperoni but she wanted to give us a cheese pizza was not writting it down. my husband waited on a refill for his drink never got one.

Pizza Hut, a franchise so standards are a preset. Lack of customer service and not up to standards for online ordering when a time is given and say wait for additional 20 mins, might as well come order and wait it out and not order online for specific time. Also, order prepped incorrectly :(. When called, the manager listens and goes «ok bye» wtf?

Take out pizza better than local dominos and papa johns. I ordered supreme pizza and it was exceptionally good. The guy at the pick up window looked like he knows what he’s doing and was polite and nice after I decided to get desert and extra frosting and dressings for the pizza in the last moment, the hostess was very friendly and inviting!

Ordered online and the service was super slow. I get that it’s a Hofstra but we had to wait double the amount our expected time before the food was ready! But i will always have a soft spot for Pizza Hut

The food is gross. I always find hairs !! But the waitress is so nice :) the atmosphere is okay and it does get busy.

i hate to admit it but sometimes you just have to say screw it and eat this kinda stuff. Is it great pizza, no. But the garlic bread and the meatballs are really pretty decent and the cashier is super nice and friendly, much more than at any other local pizza place where the counter help is usually some surly nasty teenage boy with attitude. Its Pizza Hut, you know what you are getting when you go there and this one is the last one i know of in Nassau County with the lunch buffett.

Dark and shabby! Its kind of like a time warp when you enter this place. I don’t think they have remolded since they opened. They have a parking lot.
Service is slow. Waiters don’t seem to be trained well. Food is pretty good, not the freshest, but not bad. We usually get stuffed crust pizza or deep dish, its always nice and hot when served. Cant forget the bread sticks, those are usually good also.
They have a salad bar they looks questionable.
Pizza Hut is great, but I would skip this location.
