This location is much better equipped for any problem you may run into than other locations out there. The associates are always well trained and very helpful. My only tip is to skip this place for items that are in high demand. As this is such a popular location, it’s typically the first to run out of things.

This is where I did it — I put an end to my Verizonness and got rid of the Blackberry Storm that caused many a storm in my life during the worry filled 30 day guarantee. Before visiting this location, I did plenty of research online and even spoke with Verizon — I would be able to return the Storm and end my Verizon contract penalty free. Imagine my surprise after a long wait in their hot store when the customer service rep told me there’d be a $ 200 fee for ending my contract. I was reallllly frustrated — as if the Storm hadn’t done enough to me, this was adding insult to injury. And because I just couldn’t take it anymore, I agreed to pay the $ 200 after letting the customer service rep know I was told I was within my 30 day«worry filled guarantee». I called up and was refunded the $ 200 charged. Of course, that hasn’t stopped Verizon from spamming me with emails about my account which has been closed by myself in person and online, not to mention with a customer service rep.
