Tri View Reflections

I’m editing my review because as Tricia pointed out, I did in fact have the wrong store. My boyfriend pointed out that the store where we actually had the horrible customer service experience was up the block from this store (both are located on old country road).
We actually did come to this location and the woman behind the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She showed us around the place and even recommended a few different business, since we were mostly looking for vanity’s and not showers. Their customer service was great (and the other place up the street should actually learn a thing or two).

I usually don’t write reviews because of my very busy schedule but I felt I had to take the time to praise TriView Reflections! After much shopping around, we decided to go with TriView Reflections at 653 Old Country Rd in Westbury. Joe, the owner, gave us a fair price similar to other companies.
We had excellent mirrors and quality shower doors installed in our 3 newly constructed baths about eight months ago. During that time we had a ding from the factory on one of them. TriView came back immediately to replace it. Then we had some leakage from a hinge in another bathroom and again they made an appointment and followed up. They are here right now fixing a plastic strip which came loose from the bottom of one of the shower doors. They not only call to tell us they are on the way but they arrive in a timely fashion and give no hassles whatsoever. It is a pleasure to work with this company. Melanie and Denise in the showroom are very sweet and helpful and Rich the technician is quite knowledgeable and pleasant and so is Joe. I can’t say enough good things about them considering the problems I have had with other services. 5 stars all the way.

We purchased a shower door from them 3 years ago and got a good deal — they worked with our budget and gave us personal attention. The owner came to do the measuring himself and made sure all the walls were level then had his guys do the install shortly after. I mention 3 years ago because our bathroom and whole 2^nd floor was new and over time the walls and everything settled. This caused the shower door which is hinged to the wall to not be completely level anymore and the door would not close completely. They came back after this much time and did not give us any problems about coming back to make an adjustment. They even came on the same day. Can’t say enough about their service. The hardware and glass are still holding up like new.
