Pappaninos Pizza

Decided to give these guys a shot since we are always getting flyers in the mail. Bad call on my part. Pizza arrived 37 minutes late, arrived cold. Called to at least get on apology, I explained the situation. Guy says «Alright». Bad pizza probably because it was cold. Worst service. Don’t do it.

I always get the pizza and appetizers, but recently tried their pasta and I have to say it was very yummy! Tasted like homemade. I got the mostacholi with meat sauce. I like that you can choose your pasta and pick your sauce. Comes with a hearty piece of bread with butter already on it! Yum!
Also found out they are opening a second location in Chicago this week on Ashland and Augusta.

Ordered from here a few months ago because Paul’s Pizza was closed that night. Pizza was under-​cooked and way too salty. Missing the flavor of better pizza places. Not going back.

Found this place on Unilocal and decided to call. no problems when ordering. Delivered in good time. Pizza looks great, is warm and taste great. The delivery person was courteous and patient while I rummaged thru my purse, I failed to have a tip ready.
Only negative was they forgot the side of crushed peppers and cheese I had asked for at time of order. In their defense, I also forgot to ask the driver, it may have been in the car.
I will definitely call again especially since they included coupons !

Order extra thin, extra crispy. Reminds you why you love pizza. This place has some seriously good pie.

Never ordering from here again!!! First off I’m 9 months preg had a specific craving for eggplant parm. They delivered Chicken parm. When I called to tell them they sent the incorrect order that I ordered eggplant and received chicken. The guy rudely said yes because chicken is what was ordered. I said NO I know for a fact I did not order chicken I am a vegetarian I ordered eggplant. Then without saying anything put a different guy on the phone who said they would send me the eggplant and asked if I still had the chicken to return to the driver. I asked how long it was going to take he rudely said «well its not going to be ten mins I have to make it!» This point I was about to just ask for a refund but didn’t want the hassle said fine. When the food got here is was def. not worth the 11.95 I was charged, they charged me for the chicken parm not the eggplant parm which was 7.50. Even just based on the food and not the horrible customer service I would never order from here again! My husband did not like his meal either.

Fast hot delivery and it’s nice not needing to order extra toppings because the pizza always has plenty meat and cheese.

I love their pizza. Crust is perfect with just the right amount of sauce and plenty of cheese. It is old-​time adult pizza. :D Always enough left over for lunch the next day YUM! Delivery is FAST! They even have a dining area if you want to eat there. Cute and Cozy. Employees are very nice and extremely friendly I felt right at home. Great to have a REAL pizza place in the neighborhood!!! Don’t pass this place up.

I ordered a pizza from here last night at a friends house and all I gotta say WOW!!! Awesome is not enough. I wish they would open one by my house. Probably one the best pizza I ever had!

Ordered a stuffed pizza when I noticed that their online website named it as one of their specialty items. The first slice was decent but it was a struggle to go any further as the pizza was too dry, as a result of being too doughy and lacking sauce to balance it. Then again in my experience, not too many pizzerias can do a really good stuffed pizza for some reason.

Love this pizza. We order it all the time, because my husband and I believe it is second to none. Delicious.

This place just opened up so I understand that not all ducks are in a row, however the service BY THE OWNER shouldn’t have sucked so hard. Twice.
$ 3.95 for a slice and a soda. You’re not allowed to buy just a slice, you must get a drink. Lame, expensive, and not great tasting. No napkins, and owner-​boy sighed like a depressed housewife when asked to break a big bill. Dude, you just opened up… Service with a freakin smile!
