I don’t eat fast food, but I love McDonald’s McFlurry’s. This is my typical go-​to indulgence, but it drives me crazy that this location is 2 min from my house but the ice cream machine is NEVER working. It’s literally the only thing I pull into the drive through for and pull away at least once a week without making a purchase. Are they lazy and just don’t want to clean the machine or is something truly broken? I can’t believe I’m even writing this, but please just fix it.

I never know if im going to have a good fast food meal here or not, close go half the time i come here they either mess up my order or i get a burger that has too much Greece on it. When i do have a good eat here it is one of my favorite fast food places, love the fries and mcflurys are to die for! Most of the time my meal doesnt take too long and is fresh. Sometimes though its not all too fresh and leaves me questioning if ill ever eat again. This place is great at times but just messes up a lot so if you need a quick meal maybe try wendys or arbys.

This is the overall the best McDonald’s I have visited (out of 40+ locations in the U.S.)
During our family lunch at this Westerville McDonald’s, a crew member was constantly sweeping and mopping the dining room floor. All amenities were readily available and this renovated restaurant provides an open air that is inviting to both families and individuals.
There are several lounge chairs and tables suitable for people to check email and do work on their computers. This McDonald’s offers a great coffee-​shop feel and a clean dining area.
