I shall not patronize you by saying«It’s Taco Bell, what else do you expect?» because you clearly already know that. But as a paying customer you are allowed to expect your order to be timely, correct and made in a clean environment. While our orders have been correct or quickly corrected if something was accidently left out(always check), they can be a tad slow. My main concern is how messy the dinning and pop areas have gotten. Nothing makes me question sanitary conditions like trash and food strewn about. Might just have to move to the Morse/Easton location.

This Taco Bell as well as the Taco Bell on 161 have the slowest drive thru’s I’ve ever experienced ever in my life. Ever. I asked for 6 soft tacos with no lettuce and cinnamon twists. What I got was 6 soft tacos, all with lettuce, one with a piece of potato in it and one with a piece of bacon in it. It wasn’t worth it. But then again, it’s Taco Bell, so what was I expecting? Does their corporate even care that they have shitty locations?

This taco bell is usually very fast and very nice. But today on this date I go through the drive thru and I’m waiting to order I finally get to order and for some reason I am stuck at the order place not moving I’m sitting there for like 15 mins. Finally I’m 2nd to the window about to pay and get my food. Well the lady in front of me yells back at me and says«for some reason the lady at the drive thru window decides she wants to quit and walks off so we wait for about 25 mins.

The drive thru sucks! It is so incredibly slow it’s not even worth it!!! I actually got behind a n SUV that placed their order then drive up to pay, 10 min later the guy orders something else while still waiting on his food. I was so pissed for having sat there so long I yelled at the poor kid working the drive thru. I ask myself every time I go there if they are butchering the cow in the back to get the beef for the tacos! That’s how long you will sit in this drive thru!!! So bring a good book next time you want to run for the border!

To be honest, this is probably the worst restaurant in the area. First of all, the roadways to get into the parking areas are needlessly narrow, which is exacerbated by the road barriers that block how it was originally connected to Sunbury road. Second of all, the dining/waiting area feels like it was partway dismantled in a hurry a while ago in anticipation of renovations that never happened with mounting holes on a disused food tray holder and a ledge that looks as if it once had a decorative cactus planter on it. Third, the staff, while friendly enough, can often be a bit unprofessional. I once had the displeasure of a cashier mocking my admittedly bad handwriting. If things don’t start improving, I may just start taking my family to Lo Mas Del Sol across the street, instead.

Isn’t «fast food» supposed to be expedited quickly? You wouldn’t know it here. Then my husband gets a sarcastic«Aw.» from the girl behind the counter when he states he’s waiting for our order. Poor thing. She clearly hates her life.

So why am I taking time to review a Taco Bell? Aren’t they all the same. Yeah, well, that’s the problem. They aren’t. Let me explain. One of the basic cornerstones of the fast food industry is that you can get a burger, burrito or fries at one location and know that it will taste like that at any other location in the country. I get that, and for the most part approve. But this particular location must have missed the memo, among a few other things. First off, you never know exactly what you’re going to get when you order here. I have ordered 3 chili cheese burritos and in the same bag received, a long thin burrito, a short, fat burrito and a little tiny burrito-ette that looked like the baby brother of the first two. You can get a mexican pizza with red tomato abundantly covering the cheese or… once, I got 2 green tomato-like cubes. And that was it. Is there no manual on how to make the food here? It should be at least a little consistent, shouldn’t it? My bigger complaint is that the prices here are 30 to 80 cents higher here than any other local Taco Bell location. On the same weekend when my daughter was going through a chicken burrito phase, we stopped here and the chicken burrito was $ 1.59. It was a $ 1.29 at the Polaris location. The next weekend, at the TB on Morse road near Best Buy, another $ 1.29. It’s not like this location is on the beach or has a view of Niagara Falls. I understand that some franchisees may price a little differently, but 23% more for the same item that often times is much smaller than other locations offer? We only eat fast food maybe 2 or 3 times a month max. So this review is more like a review of the 8 times we have been there in 2 years. Plus there is a sliding scale on fast food places being reviewed. I mean, how can I give any fast food place a four stars when there are really good restaurants that have a four star rating. Probably the maximum for a fast food place in my opinion is 3 stars. This location should get about 1.5 stars. In honor of my last mexican pizza here that was covered with red tomato, I’ll round up to 2 stars. Avoid this location until their prices and food preparation come up to par.

This is the slowest Taco Bell in all the land. You could go across the street and have a meal at the sit down Mexican place in the time it takes to get thru the drive-thru. And it’s a Taco Bell, so the food is definitely not worth waiting for. I have written this entire review on an iPhone in the drive thru line and am still nowhere near getting my food. Why do I come here? I can’t figure it out. Either I hate myself or I just really don’t want to go home.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times through the drive through. The customer serivce is pretty good from what I’ve experienced. Never gotten a wrong order. Not too much more to be said about a Taco Bell. hehe!

As far as Taco Bell’s go… I’ve had better. Their food doesn’t seem to stand out from all the other Taco Bells around. I used to live right down the street from this Taco Bell, so I used to frequent it quite a bit. I know, I know, aren’t all Taco Bells the same? No, they’re not. Just because it’s a franchise, doesn’t mean you’ll get the same quality at each location. In their defense, I’ve had much worse at other Taco Bells nearby. I usually take advantage of the drive-thru, because I’m usually on the run. The dining room is nothing special. It’s an older style Taco Bell which could use a slight facelift like most older stores. Is it clean? For the most part, yes. Is the service good? Good enough for me. Is it conveniently located? Yes. It’s right off of Rt 161 on Sunbury Road, but it does not have an entrance that it directly connected to Sunbury Road anymore. They’ve widened Sunbury Road and blocked off the old entranceway so you have to drive past it to the next light north of 161. It’s not that difficult, but it’s definitely different. All-in-all, I would eat here, but not if I had to. There’s a McDonald’s across the street.
