The salad was overpriced for the poor quality. The chicken was frozen and the salad was bland. The guy also talked the potato chips with his bare hands after handling money. Not impressed. I could’ve went to the store and bought lettuce for cheaper and made it taste better.

We rode our bikes from Hoover and wanted a place to cool off and grab a bite. We had the fish and chips and the meatball sub. Everything was great and our service was quick and friendly. The restaurant itself is very nice and has a good selection of small medium and large tables so you can have any size of group comfortably sat together. If we weren’t moving, we would definitely be back soon!

Time & Change is solid. It’s close to home and a great spot to for a beer or dinner. The Hail Mary pizza is guaranteed to blow your mind. I love me a Cuban sandwich and this place has the best one in town. Full bar with a great beer selection. The wings are also really good. I give them a 8.5 on the Jason 1 – 10 wing scale. Locally owned and operated. This place is catching on and starting to get crowded on the weekends but I’ve never had to wait for a table or had slow service.

I was very surprised to see this place had over 3 stars. There’s pretty much nothing good about it. Literally every time I’ve been there the service has been awful, it’s taken sometimes over an hour to get food that looks and taste like it was just bought In the freezer section at Walmart. I’m honestly shocked they’re still in business

Average prices, average bar food, decent environment, small beer pitchers. Service leaves a ton to improve on! Their pizza is really good though.

Great neighborhood bar. The food is above average for a bar. Great pizza and sandwiches and I’ve tried most of them. Beer prices are good and they’ve recently added another 4 taps for 8 total, I believe.

Ordered a club sandwich(probably a bad food item to make a judgement off of) but wasn’t all that impressed. It wasn’t bad but I could have made an equal or better one at home for much less than $ 8.50. Atmosphere wasn’t too bad. I am in my early 20s, came here for the first time after work and was easily the youngest by 20+ years. Bartender was pleasant and drafts weren’t too bad during happy hour, $ 2.00 for a yeungling

Great food, awesome prices, and amazing staff. Justin R. Is a piece of shit, pathetic, worthless, failure in life. The sad part is, he knows it and refuses to do anything about it… He’s just mad because he got fired from here for being the worst bar tender in the history of alcohol.

This is a great neighborhood bar. Very family friendly for a bar. My wife and I love to go there on Wednesday nights for trivia(stay away from trivia night if you’re looking for a quiet evening). Food is better than your typical bar food and includes a nice variety of sandwiches and pizza. The servers are excellent. I’ve also been there without my wife and normally sit at the bar when I’m alone. The bartenders are also excellent. Great neighborhood place for quick, good and relatively inexpensive food and drinks.

Nice bar with lots of TV’s and plenty of room for groups of people to hang out. Large bar for lesser wait. Didn’t try the food, so can’t vouch for it. Just seems like a nice, neighborhood bar to go hang out.

Awesome food and drinks. I love the pizza the most. Trivia nights on Wednesdays!

Disappointing nasty pizza, processed onion rings that were greasy and cheap. Can’t someone in Westerville do better than this? This was a takeout order so the bar might be okay.

Time & Change is located in the same shopping center as my kids’ daycare. The shopping center has many vacant storefronts, so I was thrilled to see Time & Change move in. And the restaurant has drawn a lot of traffic into the plaza, which is great and hopefully will draw in some other businesses. I’ve visited T&C a number of times after picking up the kids. The place is pretty nice, with a 12′ bar, tables, booths, and an abundant number of flat screens tuned to sports. Menu is what you’d expect for a sports bar. Burgers, salads, pizza, etc. Food here is decidedly lackluster but edible. I wish the beer selection had more craft beer. Yuengling and Blue Moon on tap is as good as it gets here. Service here is friendly. I imagine this is a good place to take in the game, but isn’t worth seeking out.

My husband and I go 2 – 3 times per week to grab an easy dinner and a few drinks. We love this sports bar! Not only is the atmosphere great with several TVs, a pool table, and great bar area, but also the food is definitely a step above most bar food. Try the meatball or chicken panini and you won’t be sorry. Also, check out Wednesdays if you’re into trivia. We haven’t participated yet, but it’s always fun to watch. We’ve never had any trouble with the service either in the bar or the restaurant area. A special shout out to their bartender, Ron. He knew our drinks of choice within 2 visits, and is always up for conversation. Check it out — it’s a great local Westerville bar.

Go because it’s close to where you live and because the beer is relatively inexpensive. The food is ok, and given the lack of similarly priced restaurants in the immediate area of Sunbury and County Line, its not a bad place to grab some grub. The pizza is the best item on the menu and is made with a good, thin crust, and fresh ingredients for toppings. The other menu items are basic bar fare and after the 5th beer, I’m sure it all tastes pretty good. The spinach dip is loaded with tomatoes so it’s chunky… not a bad thing, but just not traditional spin dip consistency. For the food and cold beer, I could give another star, but the service I expected(warm, small-towny, friendly) did not accompany my meal. Although we were waited on quickly upon sitting down, it was a ghost town after that; neither our direct looks nor our empty, clinking beer bottles were getting anyone’s attention, and it was not even a busy night there. Prices are good, but I’d pay a bit more if it meant more professional table service and attentiveness. If that isn’t an option, make it self-serve…I would be happy to get myself another beer, just like at home. Had I been attended to I might have stayed for a while. The TVs are everywhere and it’s not a bad atmosphere. As it was tho, we ended up eating our meal and then heading to a different bar to hang out for a while, and be served when we were needing to be served. Maybe next time we will sit at the bar at Time & Change(pretty small and near the door, so maybe after it warms up outside) and see how that goes for service.

From some very friendly patrons, good greasy bar food, and cheap drinks to a plethora of flat screens and every football game you’d ever want to see on Sunday, this pretty much fits the bill for what you’d ever want out of your sports bar. Try the burgers(huge, juicy, and delicious), the onion rings(some of the best I’ve ever had, and the buckeye shot(tastes just like the namesake candy). I’m a big fan so far and hope to see more people giving it a shot.

I’ve stopped here on several occasions. It’s nice to finally have a casual place to eat and drink in north east Westerville. I really enjoyed the double barrel rueben and the 4th and goal burger. The chicken wings looked amazing, and I can’t wait to try them in the future.

Time & Change is a new sports bar. They have a good menu of pub food(burgers, signature sandwiches, etc.) with nightly food and drink specials. I tried the double-barreled reuben(two all-beef hot dogs grilled, with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing on marbled rye) and it was fabulous. Pigskins(potato skins with cheese, stuffed with smoked pork — I added the house chipotle bbq sauce and a little sour cream) will DEFINITELY be repeated. And the cheesecake: worth it on it’s own! I’m going back tonight to have the XXL wings(a signature item) and either the Cuban sandwich(recommended by several) or the 4th and Goal — a half-pound burger, with a huge onion ring surrounding a heaping of pulled pork, covered with cole slaw and surrounded by a giant bun. Oh, and it comes with fantastic seasoned potato wedges. Oh, and they also have a full bar, with a full complement of bottled and draft beverages. And it’s a sports bar, with lots of TV’s viewable from anywhere in the place. I could say more, but do I have to?
