Great breakfast, friendly staff, and super quick service food came out in about 10 minutes! I got a traditional bacon egg and toast which was good, and my boyfriend got the pastrami omlet that was amazing I was actually jealous that I didn’t get it as well. Looking forward to trying their dinner

One of our favorite places for breakfast in the area. Always friendly, courteous service and consistently delicious food prepared the way you order it. Great variety on the menu and able to substitute fresh cut fruit for home fries. The place is clean and the waitresses are awesome!

not good. I went here for breakfast and got a veggie omelet with sourdough toast and home fries. The omelet had barely any cheese and was nothing but spinach. The toast was burnt and the home fries were extremely dry and hard. Would not go back

I am so sorry to report that there have been some changes at Bix that make it tough for us to go there. For the past several months, they have been using iPads at the table to take orders. We have been three times during that period (one dinner and two breakfasts) in hopes that the process would smooth itself out. Not the case. The app they are using apparently is quite rigid when taking orders and it took almost 10 minutes for our family to place an order for breakfast. The waitress was unapologetic, and the food took forever. Too bad, I really liked that place.

all i can say is the place was clean went for breakfast food was ok nothing special was ask if i wanted onions said no got then any way the sausage was maple flavor if i know that i would not have order it it should listed on the menu waitress told me out of the blue she felt most people were not smart enough to place an order and she had all she could do not to laugh at them guess i was i one of them the bill was 2 or 3 dollars more then i pay at other places i have breakfast out 3 times a week this was one of the worst experiences i have had i wont go back

We drove past it for four days and finally had dinner. Now we regret not stopping every day. But we’re coming back for breakfast on the morning. It’s a jewel.

What a great place!!! We rode by it for 4 days and finally went there for dinner on our last night here. We’re going back for breakfast before we leave in the morning. Anyone who lives in the area should definitely go here to eat. For those staying at the Hampton inn it’s right around the corner and they will make you feel like you are having dinner with friends.

Our waitress was really nice and friendly, we liked her a lot. There was a good variety of food and it was delicious. I am a vegetarian and there were plenty of options, my daughter is a Mac and cheese expert and she ate hers right up! Food was quick, serves was great, we recommend !

I had a horrible experience on my first visit, but it was getting late and we wanted brunch, so I gave it a second chance. Took 15 minutes to order drinks. Coffee came AFTER the food. Couldn’t flag down a waitress for a second cup of the 3 $ coffee, and they didn’t offer. Overcharged us on both of our meals, but at that point I was so annoyed that I just paid it. Never again.

Heading out for a Father’s/birthday late breakfast we found Paul’s diner was packed we decided to give Bixbites a try. On arrival we were seated quickly and then it just went down. Close to ten minutes to wait for coffee?!? I’ve been to truck stop diners where as soon as you’re seated the coffee arrives. The server was slow and more concerned with eating her meal at the bar. The kids did love their pancakes, but the omelet was watery and bland. You get an ‘option’ of white or wheat, but don’t worry they’ll just bring white bread for you. I would have commented to the waitress but again she was busy chomping away at the bar. She seemed oblivious to any kind of basic server skills.
I’ve been here for dinner a few times and enjoyed it. Customer service seems to be missing from this place. Next time I’m going with the kids choice of Friendly’s or IHOP.

My boyfriend and I went here for breakfast last weekend. We can’t wait to go back! He had the hungry man and I had the pecan and white chocolate chip pancakes. My only problem was not even white chocolate chips, I love them so to be the more the better!!! We will be going back soon!

We were meeting up with family so we were looking for a quick bite. The first place had a long line so we came here. No wait, lots of empty tables so we were seated immediately. The service was friendly, but very slow. Being so empty, we thought we could be in and out in about 30 minutes. Instead we were there for over an hour.
The food was less than adequate. I ordered the short stack pancakes with sausage and a coffee. My girlfriend ordered a two egg omelet with bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes, a fruit cup and english grilled.
The coffee can only be described as warm, bitter water. The pancakes were pretty substandard and the sausage links were nothing special either.
Girlfriends omelet lacked flavor, even with the bacon, it was quite bland.

I really wanted to like this cute, little place, however, with slow service, awful coffee and lukewarm food, 2 stars are all I can muster. The staff is friendly, but with a full house when we got there, they appeared overwhelmed and confused as to who was taking care of what. The coffee was so bad we actually considered going across the street to Starbucks to grab coffee, but didn’t as we didn’t want to be rude. When we finally got our food I have to say it looked really good, but once again we were disappointed as it was lukewarm and the potatoes were burnt.
We will definitely not return.

Was trying to find a breakfast place that would be halfway between me and my hubs and my parents. I was delighted to find Bixbite based in Westford. We were quickly seated and were asked what drinks we wanted. Then we quickly decided what to eat.
Me and my mom got the 1 egg, scrambled with wheat toast, home fries and a buttermilk pancake with powdered sugar. The setup was cute, they had the syrup and butter in the middle of the plate. Cool, and modern.
My hubs got the Westford Sandwich with home fries which he really liked and my dad got the Breakfast Veggie Wrap. It was a satisfying meal and the service was great, and they were all super friendly. We stayed for quite a bit talking and chit chatting.
We will definitely be back!

I’ve been twice for breakfast and twice for dinner now. I like the breakfast a little better than the lunch/​dinner food. Overall, the restaurant has a laid back atmosphere but in a classy setting. It’s not inexpensive, but you will have an overall positive experience there. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Other features: kid friendly, full bar, private lot.
