Just replaced my carpet with these guys. Steve Leone, the owner’s son addressed my dissatisfied concerns regarding a previous installation several years ago.
Even though we paid an additional $ 150 to have the installers move furniture, my
wife and I did a lot of prep work emptying closets and moving furniture to the deck, so that the install would proceed smoothly.
The install team arrived on time and went right to work. These two guys have been laying carpet together for years and it was evident as I watched them work.
These men were not your day laborer crew from a large brand name company. They were polite, easy to talk to, communicated and worked as a team. They told me what their install plan was and proceeded to get it done.
My furniture was moved with the utmost of care. Despite the awkward and heavy demand of moving a large mattress (without side handles!) these guys got it done.
Steve came by at the beginning and end of the job and even left me with a cleaning solution to deal with any future spills — a nice touch.
S&R carpet is a local company and I know if I have any problems they are local and I can call them anytime. No «800» customer disservice number to call.
I would recommend them for any of your carpet needs.
